We stayed at the Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport. Several days before our stay they charged over €100 to my credit card and then separately charged for the room on arrival. They refused to reply to emails and when contacted by the booking agent could not explain why they made the charge. I am still awaiting a refund and have had to involve the credit card company. I would never use another Clayton hotel. If it was a mistake they would simply have apologised and issued an immediate refund!

Such a beautiful hotel our room was amazing with the balcony views great in the day and lovely at night. The staff were very nice and the food was very good...Will be returning....

Did the park and fly deal at Clayton Dublin airport - nearly impossible to find a parking space. The attitude of bus driver on the return shuttle from the airport was astonishing - he took off on a half full bus leaving people standing another 30 minutes. Wouldn’t use this again - rooms are in very stuffy as well.

Had our wedding here on the 16/10/21 and all I can say is everything about this hotel is 100%. Savannah the events manager goes above and beyond her job. Donna who sorted numerous things is also lovely. Then on the day we had Andy who ran our day, he is fantastic and couldn't do enough for us and made sure everything went smoothly. The bar man on the bar was also amazing so easy to talk to and put everyone at ease ( sorry didn't get his name). Lastly the food was incredible (credit to the chef) oh and the reception staff were lovely always smiling. Fantastic bedrooms and lovely breakfast the morning after. Sorry if I missed anyone thank you again x x

A gorgeous, clean, modern hotel with good facilities. However the thing or rather person I want to mention is Arianna from the bar during the afternoon of 26th Aug. I’m disabled and she went above and beyond, finding me a good, accessible workspace in the bar, setting up my laptop so I didn’t have to bend and fetching my drinks and snacks etc as well as being genuinely friendly. Harry on reception also managed on my last visit to secure my accessible room for this visit. Again he was very helpful. Friendly and considerate of my needs. I’ve visited twice and both times they’ve gone out of their way to help me. All staff here deserve a decent Christmas bonus

I won’t be coming again.
When I arrived I was told that my parking was not paid for and that I needed to pay £15 for parking which I had already paid.
I then rang down to ask for room service which they told me I had to go downstairs if I wanted anything.
Not a service worth paying for.

Manchester Clayton, great room and super comfy bed. I had an early flight the following day, I felt well refreshed despite an early wake up call.

Good price and service as expected, not too far to walk to terminal 1.

I stayed at this Clayton Hotel Cardiff for 5 nights.
I did my online check-in before my arrival with the exact time I would arrive, but I ended up waiting in the reception for 40 minutes to be checked in.
I haven't got one room service during my stay even tho I asked for it twice.
The room was not as quiet and clean as I expected. The carpet was gross and you need to ask them to change your towel every day.

As a family we recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane. Even with Covid restrictions it was a lovely experience. Beautiful rooms, fabulous food and Ruth in the restaurant was so helpful and friendly.

Prashant was excellent he served us very well always asking if we are ok love that service will definitely be back. Thank you for making our 3rd year Wedding Anniversary special

Clayton in Ballsbridge Dublin was excellent with great service and a very personal welcome.
We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Stayed at the Clayton in Leeds. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, it was nice to have a bath, the food was good and they seemed to take Covid precautions seriously without being too officious. Everyone we spoke to was welcoming and helpful. And the wifi worked.

Thanks so much to the staff the service and hotel management are outstanding very helpful and friendly the food was great there for full week working can’t wait to get back.

Visited the Clayton hotel Birmingham for afternoon tea.
We had a wonderful time. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Henna was very polite and professional. We had a lovely conversation with her.
Would definitely return again.

My friend and I stayed here during the bank holiday week for 4 days.
The lady who checked us in was called Melania and she was extremely professional, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options are superb. The cleanliness is fantastic.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Regarding Clayton Birmingham: It would be great if you could explain why your hotel does not allow co-parenting families travelling a long distance to visit their 10 year old child? It’s your policy to apply stricter rules than the government as only single people staying is allowed. We were given 2 hours warning that you were cancelling our booking today even though we emailed on the Booking.com portal two days ago to explain as per your message to do just that. I was told in the phone that “we have to go into the portal to get messages so we have only just seen it and you should have called us”. This is even though you give the portal as the first option to contact you... Great service guys. Please see the Jan 2021 BBC news article on the government allowing coparenting stays. It’s good that other hotels are following the UK guidance. Your own website says it follows the guidance so maybe you can double check your policy again?

I was also advised that you cannot even change your booking.com arrangement to prevent people booking non-single people bookings. This doesn’t make any sense!

I love staying at the Clayton in Birmingham- still travelling in an pandemic can be really scary but the Clayton hotel in Birmingham have been amazing. The staff are covid compliant at all times, while still be sooooo friendly and welcoming. they make sure all your needs are met and nothing is too much trouble.
The food is fab and the rooms are light and spacious. The breakfast is made to order and can be collected or delivered to make sure your choices keep you as safe as possible and this week I love that you now have a snack shop ( well done Harry) to again make sure your visit feels like home from home. If you can work this way in a pandemic, I cannot wait to stay when life is back to normal as I feel with every visit I am thoroughly taken care of.

Had a fantastic warm and friendly stay recently at the Clayton Hotel in Cardiff Lane. The location is ideally situated close to all the amenities of the city centre. The food and service were great despite all the difficulties that the new Covid restrictions require, all Staff adhered to the necessary Covid safety rules. Staff were still able to meet all our needs with good spirit and any mishaps were promptly dealt with, with politeness and efficiency. Had a great two night stay and was sorry to have to go home. The atmosphere was very festive and it was great to hear and see people laugh and have fun safely as the spacious common areas were well planned out. Will be returning.

Stayed at the Clayton Crown on Cricklewood. This is a wonderful hotel tucked out of the way from the tourist areas of London. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had breakfast a few times at the hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful. Also visited the pub; it was nice getting to sit close to the fire on a cold night. The location is perfect, as the bus stop is a few steps outside the hotel. Its also just up the hill from Kilburn station (jubilee). Lots of takeaways within 3 minutes walking distance of the hotel, with several grocers close by too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in London.
