Purchasing items from here and with the person who piercing the ears . Are not allowed to use their own knowledge without permission from the college principal who has trained them. Giving  keloid. Problems . You are an absolute failure when doctors have to sort out your mess . Brent Cross . The manager need to address this problem and concern to a lot of children who had to have an emergency surgery to fix your mess. Compensation is vital for all the children who had to go through the hospital for an emergency surgery and care for your incompetence.

Really friendly staff in store, we saved more than we thought so that was a nice surprise. The till was busy so they opened another. It’s a shame they are closing our local store!

Went into the Milton Keynes store with my excited son. Went to go and pay and the manager walked straight past me served someone else who approached after me. Then I had to ask the lady standing next to the till staring into space to actually serve me. I would have left the store had my son not been so excited for his purchase.
I told my partner what happened when he approached me by the toll and the staff heard me and didn’t apologise just looked at me.

I complain. It said 3-4 working days to get a reply. It’s been 5 and nothing! It says not to email again as it causes a delay.

Shocking customer service in store and on complaints!
Won’t be returning.

Went to the Claire's store in kilkenny with my sister and mom, my sister went ahead and purchased a surprise bag, while i was looking at the birthday "merchandise". I was trying on a tiara, and the worker there came up to me and in the rudest tone told me to not try it on, when she could have simply told me that i wasn't allowed to try it on in a nice way which is completely understandable. Also was giving my sister dirty looks the whole time. Didn't catch her name but on my sister's receipt her cashier id was 556120. I personally work in retail as well, so i know that it was so unnecessary to be rude. (17/10/25 2:30pm )

Une vendeuse a vendu des lunettes à ma fille alors que celle-ci porte des lunettes de vue ! J’ai demandé à être remboursée dans les 2mn qui ont suivies elle a refusé !!! Honteux ! Vendeuse voleuse agressive et irrespectueuse !!!

Kirsty set up with free hand tattoo lots of games and fun that the kids enjoyed she really interacted with all the girls and did the music they liked. you can tell a lot of time had been put into the party. Very impressive and would do it again.

Vendeuse désagréable et hautaine ( magasin de poitiers beaulieu france) agit avec mépris lors d’un achat à la suite duquel on a du faire un échange car je me suis trompé d’article. Bref première et dernière expérience chez eux!!

Claires are in Administration so not giving refunds for now can be understood but they are not allowing exchanges either.

They are not allowing us to collect points on purchases (which is ok) but we can't use vouchers or rewards already earned either.

Customers are losing a lot with no refunds and no loyalty benefits and there are a number of changes without notice which is unfair. In store, a customer argued and walked out and another customer left their purchases when they couldn't use their rewards.

I left my purchase when informed no refunds and can't use my £15 rewards voucher as it was too risky to make a £20 purchase.

Surely maintaining Customers by keeping them satisfied by usong what they have earnt should be a priority during this time to assist with sales if the business goes on.

Claires US allowed customers to redeem their vouchers even during bankruptcy. Claires EU/UK should respect and follow this.

I took my daughter to Claire's Accessories in the Region Arcade In Cheltenham and it was a huge disappointment.Cute earrings,but absolutely terrible service.Instore prices much higher than online and the staff were not willing to give an explanation - the manager would not even come over and speak to us, even though the shop was empty.The staff there were very rude.We ended up leaving as
we didn't trust them and went straight to
Scarramouch instead,and it was much better.

Man kann von diesem Geschäft nur abraten! Ohrring wurde bei der Tochter im Geschäft schräg gestochen. Und dann eine Woche später ist das Ohrring auseinander gebrochen. Billiges Material für zu viel Geld.

Went to Claire’s (White City, Westfield) to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Bethany was professional. However the other lady piercing my daughter’s right ear totally messed it up. She didn’t even pierce it on the marking. I have video footage and got blamed that my daughter supposedly moved when she was dead still. Don’t get your ears pierced here.

Ich habe mir im Store ein Piercing für mein Helix gekauft. Habe ihn vorgestern reingetan und zwei Tage später - heute - ist mein Ohr komplett dick, entzündet und tut höllisch weh!
Es hat sich ein Glitzerstein gelöst und das Piercing hat komplett abgefärbt. Sowas darf nicht passieren.
Ich werde mir nie wieder etwas dort kaufen.

No one should buy from this company. Its a complete scam. Supposed to ge jewellery made by a retiring lady in the UK. Complete lies. These products come from China. I placed an order on the 2nd of June 2025. I'm still waiting as of the 24th of August. Many e mails sent and these are obviously bring replied to by a BOT as they just repeat telling me to be patient and that they will not contact their deliver company. Have now given up and lost my money. STEER CLEAR!

I received a dress I ordered today it was nothing like the picture in the internet very poor quality and no mention when I placed my order it was coming from China no information in the package on how to return this product which is definitely not fit for purpose not impressed with this company at all have asked for a refund but don’t hold out a lot of hope

Went to get a stud for my recent nose piercing. Was advised that I could buy one of the ones used for piercing. Cost me £25 put it in a small plastic bag- literally just the earring in a plastic bag. Too sharp for me to put in my nose. Bled like mad. Obvs can’t return this. Complete waste of £25.
Won’t be back. Absolute rip offs.

I went to the one in St David’s 2 in Cardiff this afternoon to purchase a pack of bobbles, when I went to the till and want to use my £5 voucher that is going to expired soon and the fat woman on the till said I can’t used the voucher anymore as Claire’s went into administration, I was not impressed with the answer she gave me so I walked off and left the store as I don’t believe what she said and went into another store in St David’s and the staff there said to me ‘she wasn’t sure” but she did went online to checked for me and I did managed to purchased it at the end. No wonder they went into administration as the staff is so unhelpful. I worked in the retail industry myself.

They were so kind, patient, and gentle, she wasn’t scared at all and left with a big smile. I truly appreciated the way they reassured her and made her feel safe. I tried to leave them a tip, but it’s not allowed, so I hope this review shows how grateful we are. An amazing team that made a special moment even better!

Terrible. My friends daughter wanted a nose piercing and the shop assistant did it with a gun but it caused a lot of trauma and when we went to 2 body piercers it had not gone all the way through and we were told it can’t be done with a gun and the wrong nose stud was used
Please please do not have it done at Claire’s see a specialist who knows what they are doing
