Service client quasi inexistant et très long.
Je ne recommande pas et je suis déçue

Ordered online a sweater 25th November payment taken from my bank but still no delivery appears on my statement as SP Clare ENSCHEDE NL is this the same company that I am contacting here please?

J'ai passé 2 commandes pendant les soldes.
Celle du 8 janvier est arrivée sans problème. Je n'ai pas eu l'intégralité de ma commande mais ce que j'ai eu est très intéressant pour le prix que j'ai payé.
Celle du 9 janvier n'est jamais arrivée. J'ai contacté le service client par mail et je viens de voir le remboursement intégral.
J'avais peur d'avoir perdu mon argent vu les commentaires sur le service client ou d'avoir des frais de douane n'ayant pas fait attention à la location de l'entreprise.
Je suis donc déçue de ne pas avoir eu ma deuxième commande mais ma fille est ravie de ce que j'ai reçu à la première.

As reviewed and reported by other customers, the company appears to be misleading customers into buying their sale items, which are then cancelled afterwards. It has not happened once , but quite a few times for me! It makes me believe that they are tempting people to buy their products and the people are being attracted by these prices. However, they seem to be selling their left over stock by sending you only a fraction of the placed items ( you do not get the ones you placed the order for!). I raised a complaint and was told the website does not get updated. Well , it has been almost a month and the items are still showing! Very poor professional services!

This company are such a con.
You will order some bargains in the sale that seems too good to be true and it actually is.
They will send you all the things you ordered and paid postage but all the ones that was a bargain are suddenly out of stock but still available on the website? So for example 3 for 2 but only one is in stock so you paid full price and postage.
I would give them the benefit of the doubt but it's been happening to me for years.
Plus they don't put Yr reviews on website if they don't like them.
And customer service is a joke they NEVER reply.
So surprised there still getting away with this tbh considering all the damning reviews

Ordered multiple items online for the deals 3 for £10 and buy 3 get 3 free. In total ordered 11 items within the deal only two items arrived one off them a hair clip was broke. Ended up paying full price for the two items as others “were not in stock” despite saying in stock on the website and after checking are still in stock. Delivery was very slow with no communication in tracking. If wanted to return items for refund I would have to pay even though they are falsely advertising items in stock then cancelling half the order so they don’t have to fulfil it.
A very disappointing shop left me with a very upset daughter wasted her Christmas money

Ordered several times and almost every time there have been items missing from the delivery. Their website clearly does not refelect the actual stock levels, leaving children disappointed.

Placed a couple of online orders and paid on a gift card, they were out of stock and not delivered but no refund.

If you order multiple items on an offer, some will inevitably be missing and they will probably not recalculate the total fairly,

Delivery is very slow, always takes a week. Packaging for delicate items is poor and earrings have been bent.on several occasions.

If they do turn up, items can seem very expensive for what they are and some have been very poor quality. We’ve had items that the gems fall off as soon as you touch them.

Good luck dealing with them when things go wrong, which they frequently do. They have no contact number and may not reply to their customer service emails. They don’t allow online orders to be returned to store either.

Overall experience with them has been terrible.

J'ai reçu un mail d'expédition après avoir passé commande mais impossible de suivre le colis : quand on clique sur le lien du site, aucun suivi car le site affiche erreur. Après plus d'une semaine, j'ai contacté le service client et c'est mission impossible. J'aurais dû lire les avis !

Ordered 3 times this month, on every single order I’ve had at least one item removed from my purchase despite it still showing on the website as being in stock.

You’re only notified that things aren’t available when your package has already been sent and you’ve paid. They hold the full amount of your purchase until they send the items, then charge you depending on what they do actually have in stock. There’s no way of knowing until they post your order out what they’re going to provide and what will be unavailable. If you’ve bought things as part of an offer (e.g buy one get one free) you end up paying more for them as the just refund you a % of your total transaction amount (I have no idea how they work this amount out). There is no option to select other things or change your order to still benefit from the offers. Then the items which they remove because they’re ’not in stock’ still show as being in available for purchase on the website for days after, so I expect many people are having this problem.

I’ve placed orders for my daughter because she’s wanted 1 specific item and then have added extra things to qualify for the free delivery (if your order is over £20). Then Claire’s have removed the item we actually wanted because it’s not available for whatever reason, so we just end up with the other things we aren’t really that worried about. I wouldn’t expect this from a company as big as Claire’s, terrible experience for the customer.

Edit - my latest order with Claire’s came to £34 after discounts. I’ve just had the now usual email confirming items I’d bought were available - the total of my order is now just over £5! Almost ALL the items I bought are apparently ‘out of stock’! All are still showing on the website though to still be purchased by other customers!!!

Whenever you order online using an offer like buy 3 get 3 free or 3 for £10 they cancel half the items after you have paid and charge you full price for the rest. You can’t even cancel or return the order because you’re still charged delivery. It’s a con

I ordered something that was in stock online and was charged for it , i got a email next day saying it was out of stock and i will not be charged.
I wrote a reply and seid i have been charged and would like a refund and i have had no reply and no refund issued.
very disappointing 😞

I had a cartilage piercing at the Crystal Peaks branch by Kerry.
I’d already been a few days previously to chat about it and Kerry explained everything to me in detail which gave me the confidence to go ahead.
Kerry did the piercing for me very swiftly with no fuss and thoroughly explained the after care.
Very happy, thank you Kerry.

Commande passée le 12 Janvier, 3 articles outlet pour 10 eur, interessant quand vous les recevez vraiment. Commande en partie remboursée sans aucunes explications, par contre la babiole a 2 eur, ils me l ont envoyer, et du coup des frais de port a payer en plus pour pas grand chose!! C esf vraiment a fuir CLAIRE'S!

Had a piercing done before Christmas . After 2 days it was trying to come out so I rushed back on boxing day to get it checked for them to say it was ok and made me feel like I was just being paranoid . All the time when cleaning my piercing it was trying to come out. Then last Monday it came out in my sleep and 6 hours later I tried to get it back in and luckily it did. Cos of the weather I couldnt get to Claire's again but I emailed but tools 4 days for them to email back. Then that evening again my piercing fell out again so the next day I went to a proper piercing shop for it sorting . I emailed again got a reply to say I could either have another piercing for free or a refund . Been in contact all week and feels like I am being ghosted and forgotten about which isn't on. Also not happy they aren't going to pay the extra I have had to pay to put their job right, you should pay for that too.... Then I also mentioned in store it said about getting a free after care lotion with a piercing but I got charged for mine ( didn't notice I got charged till I had to take a picture of my receipt for the emails) . Wouldn't normally write a poor review like this but having worked in retail previously before and this customer service being poor got no option. Like I have said in my emails, after this experience I will be not going to Claire's again!

Lorsque j'étais ado c'était un super magasin. Maintenant les prix ont largement augmenté, c'est devenu hors de prix. L'autre jour, j'y suis allé avec ma fille, qui est accessoirement mineure, elle paye un bras pour un baume à lèvre et la vendeuse n'avait pas la monnaie pour lui rendre donc ma fille à payer encore plus que ce qui était annoncé en magasin, c'est juste scandaleux et illégal, théoriquement vous êtes censé payer le prix affiché et on est censé vous rendre la monnaie... la vendeuse malhonnête n'a même pas eu honte ! Je ne suis pas prête de remettre les pieds dans ce magasin idem pour ma fille

I placed a buy 3 get 3 free order and then had an email to say 2 of my products were out of stock this would have been fine if they weren't still in stock on the website when I looked even the next day!
I was very dissapointed, especially after using my £5 birthday voucher.

If i could give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely fuming, i ordered 3 items online for xmas, said click and collect within a few hours, i didvnt receive an email to confirm my items were ready, I called 3 days later to be told one item was in stock and was ready, with one day to go til xmas I asked her to refund me the whole amount, days later still no refund, I emailed customer service to be told I'd get a refund on 2/01/ 25, I then recieve an email to tell me I'd collected my items!! I went to my online account and it says collected items which was not the case, ive had to send another email to ask where my £23.80 is and why I have been sent an email to say I've collected my item, even if u had collected the 1 item I still needed tok be refunded the other 2 items that were not in stock, however i haven't had any items, ive been told I'll get a refund and no refund, seems they have sent the email to try and trick me as some kind of sick fraud attempt how can I prove I didn't collect the item, all i have is the email to request the items are refunded.. I'll wait for another email but I definitely won't be shopping online or in store ever again!! Do not risk it dont shop here

It's a I'll say a convenient store the prices are good the jewelry is fun colorful but I have noticed that the earnings tear up to fast loose color an they pinch painfully everyone can't get their ears pierced, And I'm one of them Thank you.

Je commande 9 articles faisant partis de l'offre soldes "3articles pour10€" seul 2 me sont expédiés car apparemment rupture de stock sur les autres. Sauf que TOUT les autres articles sont encore en vente sur le site ! Et on me demande même pas mon avis on m'envoie mes 2 articles. C'est de la pub mensongères j'envisage de portés plaintes

Online order and only part delivered, rest is out of stock I am told.
Ordered a number of items, only part of the order is being sent despite the remaining items showing as available for delivery on website. Shocking. Won't use again
