Great service from booking in car for a service to picking it up at the end of the day. Excellent customer service. I have been a customer at citygate watford for 2 years so pleased with this garage.

The team was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They provided me with all the information I needed and kept me updated every step of the way during my car’s DSG oil replacement. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated their clear communication and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them.

Refurbished showroom again, every year they try to to improve the aesthetics and succeed. Friendly staff, especially Harrison, upfront costs and no BS!

Our main request was to have the air_con repaired as it was repaired last year and failed again. It has now been repaired and is working well, essential in the current weather.
The mechanics also repaired the front brakes which were omitted by the garage which did the MOT.

My service clerk updated me and was very helpful!
