Don't go if you're a single woman…
I don't recommend this garage if you are a single woman dealing with them as I felt they completely took the Mick. It was such a shame as I thought they were reliable.
They really disappointed me with my last interaction. There was a whole issue with the work they were carrying out. They were reluctant to tell me how long they had spent on it dispute me asking several times. Communication was bad throughout the process, I had to turn up unannounced to get an update. I was asked for a budget to complete the job and then they wanted to charge more in cash I declined the offer, they didn't do the work but were still asking to pay the budget discussed.
When I asked for an intemised invoice of the work that was done they were unable to provide it even though they had said my car was ready to be picked up, the work wasn't on the system. I was told they would email me a copy of the invoice but a week and a half later, and a phone call, an invoice is yet to arrive. Avoid!
