Replacement Windows.
I recently had my windows replaced by Eden Windows. As a remote home owner, this was not the easiest of projects to manage but the whole process from start to finish was seamless and communication between Eden, myself, my tenants and fitters was outstanding.
From the initial quote to installation Eden displayed professionalism and a high standard of workmanship.
The resulting new windows are very much appreciated by my tenants and will add value to my property.
I would be happy to recommend Eden Windows to anyone looking for replacement windows. Many thanks indeed.

Substandard door installation, unprofessional, untrustworthy company
Eden did not fit our replacement composite door with the due care and attention required to ensure correct fit in November 25, consequently our door is not fitted square, level or plumb, gaps all around, drafty with daylight visible. Door and frame both have significant bows that are above manufacture tolerance and the frame is twisted in the door opening. Eden tried to conceal all this from us but the truth is, their installation is non compliant breaching building regs as we later found out through our own independent assessment, our complaint was escalated to Certass for their investigation & they agreed our installation is NON COMPLIANT.
Eden have had several opportunities to put installation right but they cannot as the door and frame require replacement. We do not have to allow Eden any further opportunities for further inspections or work under Consumer Right Act.
We agreed to manufacture (Forte) inspection as we intended to use their report as further evidence in our legal claim but had our concerns regarding their impartiality, we therefore requested a discussion with Forte prior to their attendance calling 6 times to speak to them, they did not return any of our calls, we lost trust in Forte as well as Eden so did not allow the assessment.
The door lock has become unreliable, it jams & won’t unlock and have been locked out many times. We’ve paid £2500 for a door we cannot use & is very drafty, substand fit.
We have requested refund under consumer rights act but Eden will not comply & has dragged this matter on unnecessarily for nine months now. We do not want Eden to carry out any further work for us, why would we!!!
Dont believe their “SPIN” they have detailed in their reply below, They have lied to us, used underhanded tactics & tried repeatedly to pressure us into allowing them to carry out more work. We do not want this untrustworthy, unprofessional company to carry out any more work for us. We have no alternative other than to instigate a legal claim now to get our refund, plus cost and are in process of proceeding with this. We told Eden not to contact us any further but they have not respected this & have continued with their harassment via email.
Very stressful & appallingly situation to find ourselves in through no fault of our own.
Do not use this company.

We are sorry that this matter remains unresolved, but we do not accept the account or allegations presented in this review.
Eden attended the property, investigated the concerns raised and engaged with the Certass process. During Eden’s inspection, the door slab was assessed as being within the manufacturer’s stated tolerances. As the customer disputed that assessment, we arranged for Forte, the product manufacturer, to carry out its own technical inspection of the door and installation.
The customer agreed to the manufacturer’s inspection in writing and asked Eden to arrange it. An appointment was obtained, and confirmation of access was requested on several occasions. The customer subsequently withdrew permission for the inspection to proceed, preventing the manufacturer from inspecting the original installation in situ or issuing its technical findings.
When locking difficulties were later reported, Eden also offered a separate service attendance specifically to investigate that issue. This offer was not accepted.
The review relies on a report commissioned privately by the customer. Despite our written request, Eden was not provided with the complete report, photographs or supporting evidence. The contractor was appointed by the customer and was not a jointly instructed independent expert.
We strongly reject the allegations that Eden concealed information, lied, used underhanded tactics or harassed the customer. Our correspondence concerned efforts to arrange inspections, investigate the reported issues and offer a route towards resolution.
It is therefore incorrect to suggest that Eden refused to investigate or assist. Eden repeatedly offered further inspection and remedial involvement but was not permitted to complete that process.
Very nice staff and good results
Very nice staff and good results. I changed my mind about the design of the door three times and Adam was so understanding, he did the new design and calculated the new cost without any problems. The fitter Jamei was also very nice and hard worker, very tidy and kept his workspace tidy, every time he finishes astage in the installation he takes the tools and materials to the car and and keeps his workspace free for the new material that he brings from the car. He left the door and area spotless. Very happy with the door and the staff in the office.

We had half our windows replaced by the same team around 2019 and we're still very pleased with them. So we've just had the rest of the house done. Once again we were kept well informed through the process of design and ordering and the work was carried out with minimal fuss and mess.

Be careful
I contracted with Eden Windows (edenwindows.co.uk, run by Mr Stewart Kelly) and paid a deposit. The work was not completed to contract. I successfully pursued a County Court claim and obtained a judgment which remains unsatisfied.
High Court Enforcement Officers attended the Eden Windows-branded premises in Leesons Hill in April 2026 but were unable to recover the debt.
The company I contracted with used the same branding, website, email addresses and phone numbers as the company operating from the Leesons Hill address. Companies House records show both companies were run by Mr Stewart Kelly.
Solicitors acting for the Eden Windows-branded Leesons Hill business then wrote to me asserting that “Eden Windows” is a “non-entity”.
Potential customers can draw their own conclusions. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering using this business.
In response to Eden windows reply I only add that my review reflects my genuine experience and is based on matters capable of documentary proof, including Companies House Records, the County Court Judgment, enforcement action and correspondence received.

Really good experience with Eden. Right from the first phone call they were understanding with delaying the visit when originally pencilled in, flexible to viewings, really thorough with measurements and great installation with a great final product.
