The delivery was awful, the delivery man harassed the girl that was receiving the flowers, ruining the surprise

The address originally provided specified only Jianqiao Subdistrict, an administrative area covering approximately 18 square kilometres, with no residential complex, building or street address. We needed to confirm the recipient’s exact location before arranging for a nearby florist to prepare and deliver the flowers.
After receiving your feedback, we immediately checked with the florist and courier and confirmed that a single call was made to clarify the delivery address. We have also contacted you by email and WhatsApp to better understand what happened, but have not yet received a response. We aim to preserve the surprise while ensuring successful delivery, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to reply to our emails.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I placed my order during the night, and the bouquet was delivered the very same afternoon. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the bouquet looked absolutely magnificent! It was exactly as pictured on the website, identical to the product photos, and even more beautiful than I could have hoped for.
The flowers were a gift for someone very special to me, so it meant a lot that everything went so perfectly. The quality, presentation, and delivery service were all outstanding.

`This was my first experience sending flowers to someone special overseas while staying in my own country, so I was a little worried at first. However, the moment the flowers arrived, that worry turned into joy and excitement.
There was an issue with the flowers I originally ordered, as they were still in bud. The staff responded very quickly and offered to replace them with flowers of a different color that were already in bloom. The replacement flowers were also very beautiful, and I was completely satisfied.
I think the work you do is truly wonderful. You help people express their feelings and bring happiness to someone far away.

Super rapide, correction rapide et prise en charge le jour même, fleurs de bonnes qualité. Le seul point "négatif" est le fait qu'un ou deux mots n'ont pas été écrit sur la lettre.
