I had issues trying to rectify inaccurate entries on my credit file, emailing companies that were no longer trading and unsure how to correct the inaccuracies. I decided to try checkmyfile on a friends recommendation. They were amazing. They contacted all 3 credit bureaus on my behalf and asked them to clarify the entries with both individual companies, saving me countless emails and time trying to resolve this issue myself. Their customer service team were brilliant with communicating updates to me throughout. The best part, they were successful in having the inaccurate entries updated with the correct information.

Easy to access and very user friendly, my only issue is mainly the cost I had been in serious debt and once i had cleared this i wanted to see my credit score improve and like most subscriptions this is not a necessity. For detailed information and advice for improving your credit score i would definitely recommended

I recently used Checkmyfile to review my credit report and noticed there was a query on my file showing that I had a suppressed (hidden) account, which could potentially affect future credit applications.
I contacted Customer Services straight away and spoke with Danny, who was extremely helpful, professional and reassuring. He took the time to check the information for me, confirmed that the account should not have been suppressed, and rectified the issue very quickly.
Danny was efficient and friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward. My credit file is now fully up to date and complete.
