Bought Tom Chambers plant supports via ebay. Returned/collected because just packed in plastic-type bag with parts protruding and plastic coating severely scraped and scuffed. Trying to find elsewhere without having to deal with Cheaper Online, which means not buying through Tesco, I believe.

Grey double bin store. Not the easiest of diagrams to follow. Not the easiest to actually put together. Not quite the quality I had hoped for but okay for the price. Looks rather nice now it is in place! Reasonably happy but won't give it 5* as I am unsure just how well it will last.

Bought a bundle pack of underbed storage boxes before reading reviews, which made me worry a little about whether they may be damaged in transit. Items arrived in perfect condition, was kept aware of my parcels journey and the price could not be beaten! Reviews show that the team keep up with and deal with any issues, I would not hesitate to use again!

I brought 2 storage units and we had huge difficulty putting them together but finally got them up . They weren’t the best quality but figured you get what you pay for . Was in the room last week and they both completely collapsed into bits , hitting my shoulder and cutting my back . When I have got in touch with B & Q to report this they contacted the seller . I contacted B & Q when I hadn’t heard from the seller and they chased them. The seller states cannot provide a refund however I can return them to be ‘repaired’. Bearing in mind they are all in bits and the return is to be at my own cost , there is no point in even doing this . Absolutely useless, low quality products, terrible customer service . I don’t recommend.

This barrow wheel was exactly as required, fast tracked delivery, fits barrow well, good strong product. Overall Well pleased with the item.

Ordered two garden chairs through ebay which never arrived. Only received refund for one so far. Time wasters

Purchased Round Granite Garden Parasol directly and found it on B&Q site so thought it can not be that bad. Prior to the purchase , tried to contact them via phone advertised but Customer Services number was not taking the calls , just a message. That should have been a warning.
The item is a very poor quality and the granite rim is scratched everywhere and is gone yellowish colour. The stainless steel pole is flimsy and the whole product is of a very poor quality and clearly no quality control. I assume these goods are seconds or goods which should have been returned to the manufacturer by the seller.

The only good thing was a prompt delivery! Would not recommend purchasing from this site!

Bought items through Tesco.com marketplace. Have requested a refund and return for items that weren't as described. Have conceded that I will have to keep half the order (4 of 8 chairs) because I didn't know they weren't as described until they were assembled (which took forever!). Anyway I just want to return the 4 chairs that aren't any use to me BUT no one has responded.
AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY'VE BROKEN THE DISTANCE SELLING ACT.

I doubt, sadly, this review will encourage a response but as I'll be stuck with chairs I don't want and can't use I need to expend my annoyance somewhere!!!
