Really great! Stylist provides looks of interest- order what you want- I was able to message with the lovely folks that check on my order and add bits- they replied quickly and clarified what I needed to know - they care and have a passion for fashion!

Love the service. Having a stylist (Xania) on WhatsApp is fab and as long as you take the time to feed back they absolutely nail it. Just takes the fuss out of shopping that I can literally send a message and have them do all the work for me.
Clothes wise the quality matches the price and I've had some lovely pieces recommended to me that I wouldn't have normally picked. I have so many clothes in my favourites at the moment waiting to be bought!

Absolutely love this service. Totally unique, love the chats with my stylist and (after a bit of initial trial and error) the recommendations are absolutely brilliant. The discounts and the quality of these items are great and I find myself trying (and loving) things of never normally consider but that end up looking amazing. I feel welcomed and supported, and I love that it's a business founded and run by women, that's sustainable and supports re-usable rather than disposable fashion. I'm a very happy customer (and I have the BEST chats on WhatsApp with my stylist, it's like having a mate that never gets bored with your clothes chat!) Highly recommend.

The stylist on whatsapp helped me pick the perfect outfit for my Christmas party! It came so fast in perfect condition, definitely recommend!!

Their level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled, and I can almost not comprehend quite how little I would recommend doing business with them.

I purchased items and tried exercise my right to return them within the 14 day legal period. My returns request was denied despite this being a commonly known fact of UK law.

As they denied the request I contacted the citizens advice bureau and they advised me that I was correct and they needed to accept the return request. I shared this with them and again the denied the return.

As they denied the return request again I was advised to go through my credit card, which I did in order to get this resolved. Circle of Style then threatened to take legal action against me, for exercising my right to return.

I really wish I'd read through the previous bad reviews of this company, they clearly either don't know or don't care what laws apply to them and honestly the whole thing feels very amateurish.

Edit - to clarify given the below response, the reason the clothes weren't returned is because they have refused to accept the return and refused to provide a return address. They are of course more than welcome to have the items back if they want them. My complaint is because they are refusing to accept a return that they are legally obligated to accept.

Edit - they've changed their response since my previous edit, but it's really easy to look up what the rules around online returns are and whether an item being on sale can exempt an item from being returnable. The rules are you 14 days to return and it being on sale does not mean these rules don't apply. The citizens advice bureau agree with me that they should accept the return & trading standards also agree they should accept the return.

They haven't supplied me with a return address as they stated - if they had this review wouldn't be here as I would have been able to return the items as I requested.

Edit - one last edit as it's pointless arguing, clearly I think I'm right and they think they're right so it doesn't really go anywhere. However I would say it's not me that's misunderstood consumer law, the CAB and trading standards both agree - so either the CAB and trading standards don't understand consumer law or circle of style don't 🤷‍♀️

The stylist who made recommendations for me for a wedding and work event, got everything I required almost immediately. I actually could not recommend this service enough. Just waiting for my order to arrive now!

Really pleasantly surprised by the stylist picks and quality of clothes received. Feels good to be buying in a sustainable way and getting my hands on unique designer items. Service is very responsive. Give it a go!!!

Sadly downgraded by recent experience with customer services and won't be shopping with them again.

I spent £185 on an item but because I was outside of the 14 day return period they didn't allow a return. This item arrived with:
- covered in fluff
- missing button
- security tags still attached!!!

Their answer was for me to send it away for dry cleaning that that would pay for. I said this was unacceptable and they have since not responded to any emails. I have sent photos of the issues.

I am now trying to engage their CEO via LinkedIn but no luck.

I was a die hard fan before this incident and spent over £1k in the last year in their online store. Never again.

I have sent photos of the security tags that are on the item them sent me, yet they deny they exist in the email below. They didn't respond to the photos I sent them....

I have absolutely NOT harassed their staff on LinkedIn, nor on email, I politely asked to chat to their CEO to see if shed be interested in a customer perspective, and ideas for improvement, but have been ignored. I would NEVER harass anyone.

They obviously have a problem being called out about their poor customer service and substandard items.

Love Circle of Style, it always has a huge range of one off, high quality clothing. The advisors go above and beyond to seek out pieces tailored to your size, look, occasion and budget, never any hard sell, fast delivery, and things can be returned if they’re not perfect for you, (they normally are)

I first saw Circle of Style on Instagram and was intrigued by the concept. Having now purchased multiple pieces from various brands, I'm completely sold on the concept of pre-loved designer fashion. Not only are the pieces in fantastic condition, buying them is better for the planet than buying brand new. What I love most about Circle of Style, however, is my personal stylist. I asked my stylist to find me a leather jacket, and they delivered. The jacket I chose from the options my stylist gave me has been an instant new favourite- I wear it all the time! The service was friendly, fast, and personal- all in all, a fantastic experience I can only recommend to anyone looking for pre-loved designer pieces.

I loved the style boxes but being able to wots app a stylist is the next best thing !! great idea 😁

Excellent, item was just as described, packaged well and delivered quickly.

Both items I have bought from this store have been perfect, and are now favourites in my wardrobe. Great quality, easy process, and at great prices. I will definitely be using this site a lot more!

Circle of style run a unique and really interesting, valuable service, with excellent customer support.

Diana contacted me with several items that I really liked, including a vintage Armani dress that I doubt I would have found on my own. It's really special. Also appreciate that when CoS get in touch they don't pressure you to buy anything which makes the experience much more pleasant. Will definitely use again.

This concept is designed for me. I am a poor/lazy shopper who loves something different from the usual High Street blandness and I also don’t want to spend on designer prices every time. I also love the idea of your own curated style to stop the trawl through thousands of items you’d never wear.
I’ve bought 3 times now and each time quality and customer service has been perfect. Thank you!
