I purchased a dog kennel for my puppies in June. Within a week panels were coming loose, laying on the floor with nails protruding out. Wew ere very lucky our dogs and kids did not hurt themselves. My husband and I lifted the dog house to remove from the garden and the whole thing completely fell apart from the joints. I paid £100 for this and thre it out Within a month. Cheaper online are refusing to refund me unless I dismantle and return the dog house. Although I have explained numerous times I do not have the packaging and I have thrown loose bits of wood out as they were dangerous. Ive provided pictures but they will still not refund until I dismantle and return so that they can inspect the product. The customer service are awful!

Just taken delivery of a Windermere Outdoor 4 Person Folding Square Wooden Table from Cheaper Online.

It came pre assembled, is good quality and was a very reasonable price.

I would certainly use them again

The only problem was Royal Mail delayed the delivery by a day but that is outside of their control.

I ordered garden table, six chairs and parasol from (what I thought was) Tesco online but received confirmation from Cheaper Online.
The first parcel (table) arrived but delivery driver had no second parcel (chairs and parasol) on his system. I contacted company via email and was told they would resend. It eventually turned up but I was horrified at the chairs which are not only very flimsy but only suitable for children or very small adults.
I've emailed my complaint to Cheaper Online twice with a photograph of the garden set but had no acknowledgement.
I've tried to email Tesco twice but am being redirected to Cheaper Online.
I would never use this company again or Tesco online for that matter.
I should just add the response from Cheaper Online was initially very helpful until I mentioned I wasn't happy with the product and not heard a thing since!!

Outstanding customer service!
I don't usually write reviews, but this company truly deserves one.
I bought a garden table set from Random Bargains, and unfortunately the glass table top was accidentally broken during strong winds while the parasol was up. It wasn't a fault with the product, and I was completely honest about what had happened.
To my surprise, they thanked me for my honesty and offered to send me a brand-new replacement glass table top completely free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
This level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. They were friendly, understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me, even though they had no obligation to do so.
Companies like this deserve recognition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy seller.

Do not order from these guys. Terrible customer service from someone called Angel, seriously. They delivered to completely the wrong address where eventually I got the item.

Stay away from this fraudulent company! They are shameless and have no respect for the customer. It is the worst company I've had to deal with in my entire life. I returned a parcel, it all went smoothly till they denied my refund. I was shocked and upset for many days and had sleepless nights about my refund. They outright refused and refused to fully refund as they claim they only received part of the order. I securely packaged it so there's no chance the package would have opened. I provided photo evidence of the full order being returned. They couldn’t provide photo evidence of part of the order being returned as they claimed. They dragged the matter on, turned it in to a big investigation and denied they received the whole order. They started conflating rubbish about the parcel how I only part returned it when I had securely packed it with photo evidence. I had to chase and chase this up for three weeks . I couldn't believe how they fabricate lies against the customer by denying they recieved the full package, when I clearly sent this return via royal mail and had photo evidence of the full process from collection to return process. The most unprofessional and rude customer service out there. They are big scammers and will literally make you beg for your rights. I have been stressed out dealing with them. I almost gave up on the refund but being a fighter for my rights, I stood my grounds and planted my feet firmly to battle them. Stay clearly away from. I hope they go bankrupt as they don't even have basic ettiquettes on customer service and will lie out of their teeth and refused a basic apology as of it wamy entirely my fault for returning the order and had ive put them out of pocket. What incompetent losers they are. Stay away if you want your dignity intact. They are dragging B & Qs reputation down the drain. Eventually B & Q issued the refund. What a nightmare!

Hoping I haven’t been scammed by this company ! Ordered 3 items from B&Q website turns out this company provide the items within a couple of days received email stating refund for 1 item which I assume they could not provide, other two items still awaiting delivery. The purchase was made on 3rd July, six days ago heard nothing. If I had realised not buying direct from B&Q would not have purchased at all.

I recently ordered some garden furniture from this company via Tesco Marketplace before reading the reviews on Trust Pilot and was a bit nervous after seeing so many negative reviews. Well, all I can say is that I experienced the complete opposite to what I had read! My order arrived promptly, but I had a couple of minor issues with the items received so made contact with them. Their customer service team were very quick in responding to my issues and were extremely helpful and efficient in resolving them. Thank you Sandra, Angel and Cris - you are a credit to your company!

Stay away if you dont want to be disappointed. Crap customer service, better paying that fiver more and going through some of the more reputable sellers - amazon etc

We ordered 4 outdoor chairs which wereimpossible to fit together, about 25 pieces perchair. As its a big parcel the website only allows collection from delivery address. We have had 3 dates for collection and nobody has arrived. I have now fallen over the parcel and hurt my leg. No telephone or other contact available. Waiting 3 4 weeks for collection. Never again.

Had a slight problem with an item purchased but was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I was kept updated throughout the procedure. Definitely 5* treatment in my opinion

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. My parcel was marked as “collected” from a customer service point even though I never collected it and never authorised anybody else to collect it on my behalf.

What should have been a simple missing parcel issue has turned into a ridiculous nightmare. I’ve had to constantly chase responses, repeat myself over and over again, send screenshots, asked to complete formal declaration paperwork, and deal with references to police/fraud warnings — all for an item I NEVER received in the first place.

The way this company handles missing parcels is beyond unacceptable. Rather than taking accountability or resolving the issue quickly, they put the entire burden on the customer while dragging the process out for as long as possible. It honestly feels like they care more about protecting themselves than actually helping customers.

At this point I seriously question the legitimacy, professionalism, and reliability of this company. No genuine customer should be made to feel like a criminal simply for reporting a parcel that never arrived.

Looking through the reviews now, I honestly wish I had checked who I was actually ordering from through Rackhams before placing my order. There are so many similar negative experiences being reported and I deeply regret not reading them first.

I am now considering pursuing a chargeback through my card provider due to the appalling customer service and refusal to resolve this matter efficiently.

I will NEVER shop with Rackhams/Cheaper Online again and strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from them.

Terrible lack of customer service following purchase of faulty shelves through B&Q . The shelves were faulty at purchase and grew white mould in a short space of time .Despite the item being untreated and not fit for purpose they insisted on replacement with more faulty shelves, refusing a refund quoting policy …begging the question what happens when the replacements also go mouldy to which I could never get a reply despite many times of asking. Of course once you go beyond 6 months of purchase the onus is on the customer to prove fault so they clearly are selling faulty goods and using the law to hide behind by offering to replace initially your warranty becomes effectively useless do yourself a favour and avoid the reply proves my point I was offered and sent another one which will also leave me with the same issue as untreated and not fit for purpose ie faulty as description states can use in garage it will also therefore go mouldy and likely take me past guarantee period leaving me out of pocket and with a trip to the tip to dispose of it , see multiple reviews on B&Q site with the same issue to prove my point they are not fit for purpose and a refund should have been the appropriate response . Additionally where is the assessment referenced??

BUYER BEWARE-Disgusting workmanship on handmade garden planter. Arrived damaged-but had been repaired before arriving to me, so had attempted to be repaired prior to shipping. Top wobbling off, no corners meet, side panel had nails sticking out of the side which damaged - rickety at best. Nails dangerous and ripped clothing and was very unsafe as I tried to move it.

No refund or part refund offered unless I repackaged and returned. Unwilling to handle the item any further and accepted the loss-do not purchase from this seller.

Bought a set of 4 Outdoor Garden Patio Chairs via B&Q. It did state assembly required so we anticipated that. However, the chairs were nearly impossible to build. It took hours and a significant and unreasonable amount of manpower (we are both fit and in our early 40s). There is no way anyone weaker or older could build these chairs. I am unable to leave a review on the B&Q website hence leaving it here. The product also arrived with 3 bolts missing so we were unable to build the final chair. I would not buy again and strongly recommend buying a better quality product from another retailer.

Was sent the wrong item.
Being gas lighted by customer service that its correct. (The public agree with me)
Told them to refund the difference as what i was sent is cheaper.
Nope. I have to send it back.
Doesn't work with customers and the only reason available for return blame the customer! Joke of a company!
And even threatened legally actions for making this debate public!!!

I will be taking this further. It had been confirmed i have a case. You sent me the wrong thing and now gaslighting me about it

This company has provided me with some extraordinary aftersales customer service. I wanted some extra toggle catches for the excellent bin stores I purchased from them, and they were very attentive and efficient in communicating with me and supplying me with some. Brilliant, and I won't hesitate to order from them again.

Absolutely shocking - ordered a christmas star via B&Q who turned out to be these jokers. Half the lights did not work so i sent a photo of the problem and the star back using THEIR supplied Evri label. Put the post label, along with a further label on the box showing the original order details, my details etc. They fobbed me off for months saying they had not got round to sorting out their returns and have finally told me they are not refunding the star or offering a replacement (because I forgot to jot down THEIR delivery label details) - jokers - do not use. B&Q you ought to be ashamed promoting companies like this
