Responsive and helpful staff. Great at sending through potential properties of interest that match your search criteria. Occasionally can be difficult to get ahold of someone by phone but staff are generally good at following up missed calls. Overall made what can be a stressful experience a positive one! :)

Charters are the most efficient managing agents I've ever dealt with as a tenant. Parris manages the property I live in. She is knowledgeable and sympathetic and critically. she always responds fast whenever I have a query or some minor repairs . I highly recommend them.
