I would have given them six stars if I could. I dropped into the store to look at a bandsaw, asked a member of staff walking through a question, and he ended up spending an hour with me explaining and demonstrating the saws capabilities. Thanks Charlie.
I ordered the saw the following week and had a minor issue with the table. To cut a long story short I ended up taking the table into the Charnwood 'store' by arrangement and Andy spend 2 full hours sorting it so it was exactly as I would like it. Thank you.
In my experience good customer is engrained into the Charnwood Machinery organisation, they certainly set a very high bar some of their competitors get nowhere near. WELL DONE and THANK YOU.

Product was in stock but there appeared…
Product was in stock but there appeared to be a delay between order, despatch and delivery date. Delivery was on-time, packaged OK (plastic bag only) but product was not easily damaged and arrived OK. Exactly as stated although still don't understand why it is so expensive. Works well.
