I was fortunate to find Colin via my local estate agent. He listened to my particular requirements and situation which were somewhat complicated.
Once we agreed on the best product, the fun began. Colin was endlessly patient in helping me complete the never ending forms and respond to repetitive requests for information.
I have acquired many mortgages over my lifetime but in the last 10 years not only have I got older but the whole process has become way more difficult. Unless you are young, and earning a 6 figure salary, if you're in London you likely need an advisor I cannot recommend Colin highly enough.

Fantastic, thorough and very knowledgeable company. I've just completed my second re-mortgaging through Chapelgate Private Finance. They found me a deal with a high street bank which saved me many thousands of pounds per year in interest compared to the best deal my bank were offering. In addition, as the new bank's lawyers were incredibly slow, Chapelgate kept right on their case with daily calls and contacts - ensuring I got onto my new much lower interest rate as quickly as possible.
