Georgina is an absolute professional in what she does. She has worked so hard on behalf of me and my wife Lauren to finally secure a mortgage for us and get us onto the property ladder at a time when lenders were very reluctant to lend to us, not only that but she put us together a very comprehensive package of insurances and covers that mean that we are financially covered from all angles should the unthinkable happen. She was always at the end of the phone if we needed her and spent hours and hours of her time in securing all this for us. She has a way of breaking down the very complex and frankly boring financial process in a way that a layman can understand. The fee is unbelievable for the amount of work she puts in. Our second time using Gavin Patman of Chapelgate. Once again great knowledge, communication and the willingness to solve our slightly complex situation throughout the process. We wanted to wait until we were married so we didn't have to go through the trouble of changing names as soon as the new mortgage had completed but were concerned about the rising interest rates. Gavin found a mortgage that fitted our needs but delayed the instruction for 3 months, the result is no name changes required and a fixed rate deal that is 0.5% below any deal currently available. Great work.
Gavin even took the time to respond to questions about how our son might be able to obtain a mortgage. We don't recommend anyone to friends generally but would not hesitate in recommending Gavin and Chapelgate.

Brilliant professional and consistent service. We’ve used Colin ever since we got our first mortgage on our first home more than 10 years ago. Colin really helped us de-stress the process of trying to complete a complex transaction in the run up to the end of the stamp duty holiday. Colin was responsive and kept us up to date with the progress of our application, and was able to advise us on what would be likely to be required with by the lenders well in advance so the process ran smoothly (which was slightly complex due to us taking shared parental leave, and remortgaging an existing property at the same time)
