My partner introduced me to Georgina when we decided to buy a house together and she has been with us every step of the way for 14 very painful months.

Due to our personal circumstances (employed, self employed, shared ownership property, multiple sales, porting mortgages) we needed a broker who would look for out of the box solutions to our needs, while dealing with the many enquires from lenders which came along the way.

Georgina was great at this, researching options, sharing the top few with us and helping us making informed decisions about who to borrow with.

She stayed with us through 3 sales falling through on two properties, losing the chain in March 2020 and then finding a new property to purchase in the summer. She helped push through some of the challenges that occurred during COVID period and has followed up with the lender to ensure that everything has been completed as agreed.

In addition she helped secure good life and critical illness insurance rates, which was important given the current climate.
