Although some reviews are nice in my case it was a complete disaster and looks like a scam pretty much. I got the sendle tracking number in the beginning of Jan, but the parcel never came. I wrote to sendle and they told that I need to reach out the sender and request to reschedule delivery. I wrote to them and got only automated replies back. Don’t buy from them, despite few good reviews, customer care is completely missing out and they just wipe out your bank account.

I’m Asian and my eyes almost look black , that’s how dark they are, I have read great reviews , so giving it a try , I bought sterling silver, I will write updates… very excited

I went from darker brown to light browns, so natural looking u thought I was born with them.

I love change my eyes! This is my second time around, light grey to light green. My eyes are naturally brown, and the products DO WORK!!! I’m excited, and just started the light green!

I'm very disappointed in the non responsive emails from them. I've only received automated replies saying they will contact me in 2 days which never happens.
It's almost 2 months since my order has not arrived so I checked with sendle and they told me to tell the sender to re schedule the pick up as the order was not picked up and they just need to resend it but nobody seems interested to even reply to me. Looks like I will run out of drops now and brake consistency. How can they go so wrong with caring

I bought two bottles while the promotion 2+1 free was on. I just received 2 bottles and not even an answer for the fact that I did not get the 1 for free. Very unprofessional. I am not gonna buy again from this company.

Scam! Been waiting 3 months for my order! Emailed countless times, heard absolutely nothing back! Avoid ordering at all costs!!!!

I bought one bottle and didn't think it would work but my eyes are definitely changing my eyes were a very dark brown as of right now they are alight brown with a green tint im getting g another bottle I think this will do it im re a lay happy with the results

Order never arrived,
placed it in 12/22 and no response to emails, no tracking number

Parcel took about 18 days to arrive which was a very long time but the fact it arrived is all i care about, really really excited and just started using as of today

At this point I'm just going to the authorities I've tried to give this company ample time to reply, send,and refund me my money for a product they never shipped to me so I'll make sure if it's the last thing I do they shut this company down legal action will be taken

I placed this order on 12/30/20 after I didn't receive my order by the shipping dates you specified on your page I requested a refund over and over and over again now you're saying it'll be here between February the 15 and March 4 that's not the shipping agreement we had when I placed my order this is BAD BUSINESS! I WANT MY MONEY you broke the agreement you didn't even attempt to ship the product until after I asked for a refund for the 4 time a month after

First one came.
So bought another which never came.
Over 10 contacts via the contact us system and only automated responses.
IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH! NO DELIVERY OR HUMAN FOLLOW UP ON COMPLAINT.
SO NOW IM THINKING SCAM SCAM SCAM!?

U just got them today I chose Stirling grey so excited they came super on time to thanks change my eyes

This product is amazing with amazing results. 100% satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend if you want beautiful blue eyes!

I'm still not sure these will work, I ordered 3 days ago and have been told to look for my tracking number in 24 hours.. so 72 hours I just emailed to find out about estimated delivery time, or tracking number.. time will tell, I expected faster shipping maybe better customer service.. but I'll be back if things start to go differently.

I like the product but hate the service. My last order shipped in early Dec. still hasn't arrived and although I reached out to changemyeye several times they have ignored my pleas for help. My last order #10368 I received the label with no parcel. Sendle couldn't help me but Canada Post tracking says they returned to sender because there was insufficient delivery information. This is true because the label fell off and I received the label all by itself mixed in with my mail. almost eight weeks after delivery. This order #11076 I asked for express shipping so we will see. If you aren't worried about losing money or care about absolutely terrible support and service place an order but don't expect to get it anytime soon. Worse service ever. Too bad they cannot support an otherwise decent product.

I ordered the product about two months ago and still haven't received it. I just asked for a refund, these guys are unreliable !!
Update: Have been asking for a refund for the past few weeks and finally they're claiming it was delivered without any proof of delivery..a baseless response trying to cover their fraudulent operation!!
