The sell took time as the property had challenges as it was probate property. The Manager Oliver Lewis and his team were excellent and were always giving us an update. Oliver took personal care to ensure that his team spoke to the lawyers from time to time to ensure the sell was on track. Extremely happy with the service and personal care. Would highly recommend Chancellors Hampstead

Great service at Estate Agency in North London
Oliver in Sales at Chancellors was a true professional. He valued our business and he was very flexible to accommodate our needs. He meticulously followed-up matters - something very useful for busy professionals like my wife and I. He has made efforts to ease us through the admin and I would definitely recommend his services!

From the very beginning Andrew Bruce…
From the very beginning Andrew Bruce was very supportive.
He is an excellent negotiator: thanks to his efforts both sides (the tenant and the landlord) were totally satisfied with the deal.
For me (as an overseas landlord) his technical support was extremely valuable. Without that support I could never meet the tenant's requirements and the deal would never been signed.
I also found him most informative. It was important to have full and timely information during the whole process of finding the tenant.

Don't Trust
They leased us a property without telling us that it didn't have broadband or telephone connectivity. When we complained, they washed their hands of us and refused to help. They even had the cheek to pressure us into giving a five star review on Trustpilot. Estate agents will be estate agents.
