I'll admit my initial experience with Chancelors -Hampstead was not the most positive one. My initial agent had convinced me to accept an offer from a buyer that was - to put it mildly - a chancer. Over the course of 7 months, the buyer dragged out the process citing difficulties in securing a lender (despite the fact that I had initially been informed by my agent that they were a cash buyer) and dropping their offer. Throughout this process, my agent did nothing to negotiate on my behalf and seemed to push for me to simply agree to every drop in price which the buyer requested. After several weeks of zero contact from the agent I was then informed that he had left the company suddenly and that my sale was now being handled by a new agent. And in most circumstances this would be where I would have simply thrown my hands up in despair and given up. Thankfully, the new agent Jamie, apologized for his predecessor dropping the ball and then proceeded to work his hardest in ensuring a good result for me. I'm happy to say that his hard work paid off and he managed to reverse what had previously been a deal on the brink of collapse. I think it's fair to say that without Jamie's efforts I would not be completing today!

Jamie was fantastic throughout our recent property purchase. He went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was completed, despite the challenges presented by a difficult chain.

Bella was equally impressive, expertly negotiating our offer and helping to finalise the sale.

My experience dealing with Chancellors in Hampstead was excellent. Reece Satnarine in particular went above and beyond to find good tenants for my flat and he kept in touch regularly, he was very helpful and good natured. He gave me useful advice in getting my flat ready for prospective tenants to view and succeeded in finding me tenants so quickly, I had less than a week between tenancies.

I had a complex personal situation requiring a nuanced approach to letting a property. Louis worked with me throughout and provided excellent service.
