Ordered some shoes for my niece for her prom, paid for next day delivery. They kept me up to date with tracking information and order confirmation and they arrived the next working day with no issues!... Se mere

Do not buy trainers with the embellished stones, I bought a new white pair and only worn them 3 times so many stones fell off so the lovely trainers don’t look nice now .

They have sent out badly damaged shoes. Not only do I now have to waste my time returning them I am out of pocket for the delivery of the damaged shoes, money down the drain for nothing!

I recently ordered three pairs of shoes. 2 sling backs and 1 slip on.
One of the sling back pairs were mixed sizes so I returned them and got a refund.
I sent a message to ask if, when I re-ordered the sling backs would they pay the postage as they were returned through no fault of my own.
Whoever reads the emails just does not read them, they seem to have trouble understanding what I am asking.
The latest reply was asking for screen shots of the mixers sized shoes but this is resolved. I’m merely asking about free postage due to the return.
I have been offered 20% discount on my next order so I used the code which was initially successful but when the payment went through it hadn’t been discounted.
I have now emailed three times to ask them to cancel the order or refund me the 20%. The reply is still please send a screen shot of the mixed size shoes!!!
I’m sure my emails are clear but for some reason whoever is reading them is just not on this planet!
I have spent a lot of money with Carvella but I’m afraid this is going to be my last interaction with them should this not be resolved.
Totally unsatisfactory customer service. How will they ever stay in business if they do not satisfy their customers.

They failed to deliver the bag i ordered, when i complained it was left on my doorstep at 10pm and didn't notice the tracking email until the next day, it was gone the next day they refused to investigate with EVRI and said was my fault and would not replace or refund therefore im £100 out of pocket with no bag to show. Do not order online YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED

Terrible bag quality. With just one formal use the coating started to wear off and on complaining was told ‘it’s general wear and tear’ - unsure if they want us to use the bags by keeping them covered in a plastic bag in a glass cupboard. Cheap material at a high cost. Extremely disappointed in the quality. Would never invest in the brand again.

My friend bought shoes 6 days ago from Carvela Oxford Circus. Before buying shoes We let the manager know that We might come back for exchange or refund as my friend was not really sure if they are really comfortable to walk. And the manager of the store said it’s completely alright you can exchange or refund within 7 days as shoes were on the sale…
Yesterday We visited the store again in Oxford Circus to exchange the shoes We wanted to get different instead as the shoes which my friend bought 6 days ago were not really comfortable. Once We were not able to find shoes to exchange with, I approached to store assistant, she said to wait a bit so we can speak with manager about refund processes. We waited for a bit and after few minutes the same store assistant came back to us and said that their Wi-Fi is not working for refund today and advised us to go to White City Westfield, and she added that it’s just 10 minutes away from here by the train. We agreed, once We left the shop we checked the distance from Oxford to White City and it was not even 10 minutes it was actually 30 minutes of course I understood that store assistant just wanted to get rid of us.
As We were sooo tired after 12 hours of shift We decided to come back tomorrow because it’s just 5 minutes away from place where We work.
Today Me and My friend again went to Carvel Oxford Circus again after a work, Manager was talking with a guy who was next to her when She saw us she focused on us and I said that We want to refund shoes.
She said okay let me check and in that moment she whispered something to a guy who was next to her, from here face it was visible that she just mocked us, and the start to laugh. Maybe because of appearance because I was tired after work with not really tidy hair and etc.
She agreed to exchange to refund and my friend had to buy different shoes as She have not had any choice.
Meanwhile my friend was choosing shoes I was sitting and observing, I noticed how the other sale assistant was very rude to a hijabi Arab girl who was trying to choose shoes for her until the moment she buy the shoes.
It was a first and the last time I make a purchase from Caravel Oxford Circus, horrible costumer service. And the manager of the store, she needs to learn at least behave in front of the costumers.

75 pound shoes bought in the NHS 40%sale. Courier left photographic evidence of delivery however made no effort to buzz our flat at the point of delivery ( where my husband was working from home and could have picked it up straightaway). Once I arrived home, parcel was missing. Back and forth between Carvela and Evri- noone willing to offer any recompense. 75 pounds out of pocket. No goodwill. Would never buy from them again

Oh gosh - reading the poor reviews enforce my experience now! Ordered shoes and handbag. Only shoes arrived, and when I queried the rest of the order for the handbag, I was told it wasn’t available so they had to get this from a store. An email was sent to track the order, but had a fault on it. Numerous emails are producing nothing that makes sense. I have cancelled the handbag but not acknowledged as going away now. I’m now going to contact my credit card company. Carmella was always a good brand name what has happened??!!! No doubt I will receive the standard pat I have seen on all of your reviews.
Just to update - I called two numbers for ‘London Carvella stockists’. First one answered and wasn’t linked. The second answered and took my number saying she would speak to her manager and call back. No call back!
Result!!! After much a do my package just in time! Phew

Carvela are professional scammers. There is no means of contacting them by telephone - they don’t answer the phone - there is no live chat. Don’t touch them online.
Ordered a pair of shoes - payment declined - two payments then appeared on my Amex - no order confirmation.
Emailed their support service who are unable to provide accurate information - only phoney order numbers and Evri tracking numbers that don’t exist.
Amex is investigating and this has been reported to the police. The only contact is Aman in support no direct line or direct email.
Appalling to think that a Company of this size scamming customers online.

I recently ordered a handbag that waa just short of a hundred pounds. Each time I tried to order online on my phone it said there was a problem and couldn't process the order. I tried a few times and gave up. Only a few seconds later I got an email to say my order was successful. I checked my bank account and the money had been taken 4 times. I got onto customer services at Carvela immediately. I was told it wasn't my fault and they acknowledged that but said I would have to wait for 4 bags to arrive, send them back and then get a refund. I emailed back and said that wouldn't work for me and it was all the money I had for the month for food petrol etc. They said sorry but wouldn't change their mind.
They would refund on this occasion the postage. I've now organised for a pick-up and spent £1.95 Each and they are now saying they won't refund. I've had to borrow money until I'm refunded. Appalling behaviour

Edit….carvela did look into my complaint and decided it was still my fault the courier left my parcel outside in full view of passers by as I didn’t specifically tell them where to leave it if I wasn’t in. Will never use this company again.
Disgusting customer service. Ordered a bag for my holiday which didn’t arrive in time. Whilst I was away it was delivered but left on my doorstep in full view of the entire street despite there being 2 storage boxes they could have been left in or behind - out of site. On arrival home from holiday the parcel was not there. I reported it to Carvela as soon as I was aware but as it wasn’t done within 7 days they won’t doing it. Stating that it was left in a safe place (they included a photo of the parcel chucked outside my door) and insinuating it was my fault for not being in!

Although I buy from department stores like John Lewis and not Carvela directly, I want to praise the number of glamorous vegan leather heels they have bought to the market. I recently bought the Carvela Allegra Pointed Slingback Courts and walked and danced all day and night at a wedding in them yesterday. Not so much as a blister or bit or soreness today thanks to the great padding in the design.
Thank you Carvela! Clearly lots of people with complaints here but I am a fan of your products :)

I purchased a pair of shoes on May 4th and returned them on May 6th as they were too small. The return was received by their warehouse on May 12th, but two weeks later, I still haven't received any confirmation email regarding the return.
I contacted their online customer service twice and was told to wait another four working days for the warehouse to process it—after which the refund would take an additional 3–5 working days. However, even that is not guaranteed. If I don’t receive an update, I’ve been told I’ll need to reach out to their online chat service again.
I can’t help but wonder: how many returns are piling up in your warehouse that it takes this long just to acknowledge a return?

Got some lovely trainers in the sale very good quality and the materials used are really fab! So happy with them I’ve put an order in for two pairs of sandals this evening for my summer wardrobe. They were also in sale both pairs. Extremely happy customer.

Purchased a handbag that began to fray inside within 5 weeks. 2 months later the entire of the inside lining has ripped exposing cheap cardboard lining. Whilst the bag wasn't expensive, for £40 I'd expect it to last more than 2-3 months. Carvela used to be such good quality and now.....

Ordered an item with delivery being 2-4 days and now they are saying 7-10 days and i can't cancel the order as it was urgent but have to go in store to buy and wait for the item to return it. Still showing as not despatched 5 days later! A lot of hassle so will not be buying from them again. Customer service is so poor and it’s not like it’s a £10 pair of shoes! Do better
Update: they cancelled the order anyway stating unable to supply. So they can’t ship from the store like they say they are going to but you can walk in and buy!
