Ordered some shoes for my niece for her prom, paid for next day delivery. They kept me up to date with tracking information and order confirmation and they arrived the next working day with no issues!... Se mere

Do not buy trainers with the embellished stones, I bought a new white pair and only worn them 3 times so many stones fell off so the lovely trainers don’t look nice now .

I purchased a pair of sandals and, after only a couple of wears, the studs began to fall off. I contacted customer service, who informed me that they wouldn’t replace the item but would send spare studs without any guarantee of it
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received the same generic response each time. Eventually, I was told to return the item for a full refund, which I did weeks ago. However, I am still waiting for my refund, even though the item was returned and received long ago.
It is unacceptable to hold onto a customer’s money after receiving the returned product. As a regular online shopper, I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of proper resolution. I will not be purchasing from this store ever again and would ask everyone to avoid. I would give minus if there was an option. This company should be reported to Trading standards ASAP.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! I ordered 5 items and only recieved 3. The most expensive item was missing along with another item totaling a cost of £200 missing. They do NOT care! Had me dancing through hope send all sorts of pictures of the packaging and items I did recieve, pictures of evri delivering the parcel, pretty much my god dam birth certificate!! They just say we are dealing with it and its been sent to the relevant people bla bla THIS WAS A WEEK AGO!!! if I could rate them 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I had so much hassle trying to track something I've paid for. NEVER ODER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! you can't ring anyone and they just ignore emails. I will create a 1000 chats on there website until they give what they owe!! Apparently that's an inconvenience to them so get ready carvela! WORST COMPANY EVER

I actually wish I could give them no stars, after over a week of going back and forth with them regarding the damaged packaging and two missing items from my husbands order, he still does not have a outcome, he was informed on Sunday on the live chat that they had recieved a response from Evri and that they would be issuing a refund for the missing items but he contacted them on Monday and they have now decided to just ignore him and ant request for information. I do think i will be taking this to trading standards as this is ridiculous. Oh and after them commenting on my last review asking for more information they have not done a thing

Worst customer service and company to exist!
I have tried to contact them for nearly 3 days.
Their live chat is AI and when it 'transfers to agent' the agent somehow loses the ability to type or respond.
They do not respond to emails and are the hardest companies to get hold of.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY! Run by people who havent mentally developed the ability to respond.

I purchased 2 handbags online and have still not received them the order = 750875150. I have contacted the courier EVRI with no update and also Carvela customer services who responded with it has now been resolved but I haven't been updated with the outcome and I require a full refund . Instead of emails to Carvelas customer service you need to have a contact number speak to a person. I need this resolving and to date it hasn't.

Terrible experience. Very expensive trainers where the label broke off after just a few months and customer service have refused to provide an exchange. I won't be buying from here again.

The worst customer service experience.
Order patched wrong size, returned order 3 weeks, ago and, yet to receive my refund.
Chased customer service, who are all incompetent and incapable of resolving any issues. Have chased and chased for my refund, but have been passed around from one imbysil to another from Eda to Mervyn and then suraj who are simply incapable of reading emails.
I am still awaiting to receive my refund.
Really awful and so stressful, I will never shop with them or recommend them to another.
God forbid if anything's goes wrong there will be no one to assist you, as I am still awaiting for my refund. And my experience with customer service is still ONGOING.
And no one is assisting me.

My order was reported to be at my post office. In fact it was never delivered there. The courier has admitted they have lost it. I have sent evidence of this to Carvela and requested a refund. Carvela claim to be waiting for the courier to respond to them. They just keep telling me to be patient. There is no escalation route and no phone number. I have informed owners Kurt Geiger. No help. I am appalled that a brand this prestigious has such terrible non existent contact or customer service. My advice is NEVER buy from them. Stick with Dune. I will be unsubscribing after this experience.
I finally received my refund, but the experience was so bad I have still unsubscribed from Carvela. In the meantime I bought a similar but better product from Dune, for half the price, and it arrived the next day.

Ordered shoes tracking information did not work as advised by company item was sent by shop instead of warehouse so tracking would not work.
Then was told after I Contacted as not received they provided photo id of the item left on my doorstep which is not safe.
Advised as i hadn’t updated my delivery preference with company they would not be held responsible as they did not have a safe place to leave it. .. how am I supposed to do that when you did not provide any tracking or even the delivery company that was delivering the item.., I am not psychic as you already advised me that it would not work!
Terrible service and awful customer service , now out of pocket for your error and a terrible delivery company with stupid drivers ..

Me then I have no response … company is thieving… takes money sends no tracking then say it’s my error I didn’t update tracking

I purchased online a pair of trainers on 20th July and was sent a message by Carvela to say will ve delivered Friday 25th July today. Very strangely, Evri all along showed tracking message - its with the depot and will inform you when it will be out for delivery. Suddenly the tracking on Evri was altered very oddly enough and it said we will deliver on 23rd July, said it delivered with a photo as proof. I went immediately to my front door - NO PARCEL!!!!! I have a door bell which is loud, Evri did not even ring.😡😡
I raised the issue with both Evri several times and Carvela online but till today no joy.
I WILL NEVER TRUST CARVELA OR EVRI AGAIN
ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC, ROYAL MAIL ARE BRILLIANT
Just an update I received from Evri to say it's probably lost and to contact Carvela!!!!
Carvela responds to my email saying best to contact your bank even after filling up a form saying "NOT RECEIVED PARCEL"
I advised them I would contact my Ctefit Card company, to dispute the charge, if I did not hear favorably from them.
Can you believe its Carvel's responsibility yet they do not want to investigate further.
HOW CAN YOU RELY ON SUCH COMPANIES EVRI AND CARVELA ABSOLUTELY 3RD GRADE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had to write a review to thank the amazing ladies in this store . Been trying to get shoes and a bag to match a mother of the bride outfit. Other shops tried to recommend things that really weren't suitable . The 3 ladies in this shop knew their stuff! They were so positive and helpful. All 3 of them recommended items to try and amongst all the options we found the perfect match . Absolutely excellent customer service , for all the mother's of the brides go here first!
Absolutely love my bag and shoes. Can't wait to wear them. Thanks again ladies for helping to make a special day even more so x
