What a breath of fresh air..!
I spoke to Daniel Irving, earlier today. He was altogether, professional, kind hearted, sympathetic to my plight and incredibly helpful, to the point where he offered me so much confort and help during my explanation of events thst lead to my dispute with an insurer. I cannot recommend this kind, intelligent and professional young man enough! I wish him well and hope he gains promotion rapidly. If every person who deals with tricky situations the way he did today was at the end of the ‘phone, the World would be a much happier olace. Thank you again Daniel!
