Their portal is very easy to use, and I have positive experiences with their teams.

Diane Leverett in particular is fantastic and very professional/helpful. She is an asset to their business.

Lorren and Caitlin have been absolutely amazing with their help in doing everything they possibly could to try to help me resolve an urgent issue with the Land Registry regarding my lease extension.

I have been dealing with Carringtons for over five years now and have always found them to be very helpful and professional. Each department has been very willing to talk things through and no task has been too much for them to deal with.

Very quick response time, always very helpful.

I had problems with my tv signal which has now been rectified. I would like to say a big thank you to Caitlin who was very efficient & got my problem sorted the next day. She is a credit to your company & very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very polite & happy to help. Thank you.

Highly responsive and friendly. Never had an issue getting answers to queries.

Carringtons have been managing our estate for almost a decade and we couldn't be happier. I have had dealings with many members of staff over the years and have always been impressed with their professionalism and dedication to resolving issues efficiently. Unfortunately, there are many 'bad apple' managing agents around so it was refreshing to find a trustworthy one in Carringtons - thank you!!

Polite efficient service, Lorren managed the issue professionally and took ownership

Carringtons really get things done. It's always easy to deal with them and it's nice to know they are there to help. Carringtons And Aztec are the perfect partnership to manage our estate!

Caitlin Stevens was amazing... I emailed regarding transfer of my fathers property into my nephews name before leaving the country and Caitlin went above and beyond to help it get done quickly and efficiently... what a great rep; friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to deal with her and Carringtons should be proud of this employee

I have no hesitation in giving Carringtons a 5* rating, they offer a very professional, efficient service with excellent communication and attention to detail, emails are answered promptly, detailed quotes for repairs etc to problems arising are dealt with quickly and the cleaning and gardening services are very good, Job well done Caitlin and Tony.

I was trying to contact your company for a pre-sale pack to enable us to sell my brother's flat, in Dartford as Andrew died last year. Being his Executor, is an honour, but a very trying thing to do, especially as you get older and you are thankful for any help. Having sent a contact note, as the telephone number I had been given by our solicitor was continually busy. Eventually I found another telephone number, not very prominent on your website, where I was put through to Lorren who immediately addressed the issue, sending me the email so I could pay for the pack and then following up telling me the stages it went through and today confirmed that the pack has been sent to our solicitor. It make such a welcome change when someone helps you along the way. Thank you Lorren

They were very accommodating in expediting my home sale by providing requested enquiries promptly at my plead request.
Thank you for your help, assistance and efficiency

I always experience a first class service from Carringtons. Whether it be a small local issue on our estate or a larger more complicated like selling my property they always respond quickly.
Staff members are helpful, respectful and pleasant to speak too.
I have always received a positive outcome in the eleven years of dealing with them.
Thank you Carringtons 😊
