Carringtons | Block and Estate Management Experts Anmeldelser

Due to moving home, I have just completed 2 years as director of a residential estate. In this time we appointed Carringtons to manage the estate after the previous management company were removed due to poor management (to put it mildly); in stark contrast, Carringtons were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are prompt, professional and really do care about the issues and residents. Caitlin and Nicki in particular are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been in discussions with Caitlin and she has been absolutely amazing, she is very professional but she also has a kind heart, she really is a credit to your company, as is Irene who has also been in contact, both ladies are lovely, kind and approachable, I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me …amazing staff that have made this company of 5 star quality rating xx

Carringtons are useless , they simply ignore emails which don't fit their narrative or agenda, I have reported several times to them about dumped rubbish from neighbours, sent them pictures as evidence ,told them about a neighbour who blocks fire exit in the flat by putting out his clothes airer, also told them about a neighbour who steals electricity from communal electrical sockets in our block of flats but they don't care and don't nothing about it, the problems have not stopped and still continuing so some others neighbours in the block decided we shall too steal electricity if there's no consquences for the neighbour who's the first to steal the electricity.

I have always found the staff at Carringtons very helpful with any queries I have.

Great service! Caitlin was so responsive and quick to help solve my problem. She also followed up to check everything was sorted which is great!

Excellent friendly service, I wish all managing agents worked like this

I want to say a massive thank you to Kaitlin from carringtons who has made a very difficult first purchase sale for my son stress free with her kindness and patience nothing was too much trouble she has chased and made things a whole lot better for us it has been an experience but Kaitlin thank you so much for everything you have been amazing kindest regards Yvonne

My query was dealt with speedily, efficiently and courteously.

I would have no doubt in recommending them as a managing agent.

I have working with Carringtons regularly over the last 8 years regarding the management of our mansion block in north London. As one of the residents, and directors of the block, I have frequently called upon Carringtons to arrange and organise a huge number of various jobs.

I have always found them extremely approachable, friendly and efficient, despite their huge work load. In particular, Diane Leverett, who is our main point of contact has been excellent! She has learnt the mansion block, understood the main issues and helped with sorting out a whole of both simple and complex issues, and always with great diplomacy.

Caitlin Stevens has also been extremely efficient with handling things in Diane’s absence and also with paperwork regarding the sale of our flat.

Many thanks!

Carringtons’ service is impeccable! They’ve professional, attentive, and reliable…

Thank you so much to Caitlin and Lorren for their help, advice and professionalism. Having been going through both the sale of my property and extending its lease with a third party I have found Carringtons to be excellent in their customer service.
Lorren assisted with my sellers pack promptly and it was very comprehensive.
Catling with my enquiries for my lease extension paperwork.
Both responded with compassion when I was a little stressed too and I really appreciated having them there to help me.
Additionally I have always found Carrington's helpful and dealt with any issues quickly and satisfactory over the 12 years I have been in my property.
Thank you both, a credit to the company!

Very professional and calm manner. I felt confident once the call had ended that Carringtons were going to carry out the task required.
My solicitor also commented how efficient they had been.

Dealing with Lorren made a stressful situation much easier for me.She is very professional and helpful with people who struggle with technology.
Many thanks.

Caitlin was incredibly helpful and efficient - our client had a pressing lease extension deadline to adhere to, and Caitlin arranged for her lease to be signed super quickly so that her claim did not lapse.

The process was quick and painless, and Caitlin was friendly and polite throughout.

I dealt with Lorren who was polite and professional.
She is an asset to her company.
