I bought a new phone now is 3 days i m still waiting for it so if i dont grt it to day i will cancel every thing bcse they told me next day delivery this 3 days . Why you partner with dpd ? People who lie that they miss you and they never put they fit near your house, i am upset

Updating: Sure enough, I was contacted with details of how to get this info and was told that my cashback would be arriving by cheque within 30 days. Brilliant - I'm a student so could really do with this extra - just for signing up with a different company to that that I've been paying the same amount to for years. Thank you very much - great service! :)
Rating a 3 for the moment - everything has gone smoothly enough, I just can't seem to get the info on how to claim the cashback I signed up for or the direct debit date...if you could contact me, I'd be grateful - looked everywhere and only get a phone number. Assuming there must be an email address somewhere...obviously, once this is sorted I can give 5 stars.

Got offered 170 to trade in my phone and they said they would contact me if the price was less than agreed. £65 pounds entered my bank and they won't respond to my emails because I never accepted an agreement to accept £65 I've requested to have the phone back over a week ago and no reply.

I renewed my phone contract Sunday 13th at your teeside branch, I would highly recommend your sales associate Ben whom arranged my phone and contact for me, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and an all rounded awesome chap! Please make sure that he gets my feedback as he deserves recognition.

Phone not set up meaning I had to do it all from home something i didn’t want to do that’s why I came in store
Man blamed it on computer and said it just required a quick phone call to register etc
Id mobile don’t have a direct number so everything had to be done on line which was a pain
