After Ll the years I've been a customer for the first time ever I got a woman for whom my name and it's spelling seemed to be beyond her talents. I did ring up with a problem that needed your help but as telling her my name and it's spelling was such a struggle there didn't seem much point trying to explain the problem and trying to do so would have been torture.
