Excellent communication from being in the showroom, to the sale and purchase, to scheduling the installation and finally by the installers themselves. Jennifer recommended a carpet combination that we would have never picked on ourselves. It not only modernized our home but will provide years of wear for our family of six. I think Carpet One is top notch. Their customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Last year when we had carpet installed they did a phenomenal job from helping us pick out what would go well in our basement and match with our lifestyle (five little kids, two dogs, and a busy basement room we wanted to feel warm and friendly and inviting that would see a LOT of rough foot traffic).

Eric was our salesman, and he took tremendous care of us. Price wise, they actually came in less than doing something through Menards or Home Depot, which was a surprise to me, and their installers were polite and they were fast and meticulous. My house was as clean when they left as when they walked in to install the carpet.

Fast forward to a year later when our basement flooded. Carpet One was out in a flash replacing the padding for us. The carpet was thankfully totally fine (such high quality stuff they sell), and the pad was an easy, and relatively inexpensive fix (comparatively).

Our basement flooded on a Thursday and by Thurs evening we had everything ripped up and drying off. By Monday at noon the entire basement was back to normal, as if nothing had ever happened. We had a little snafu with the billing, which truly was more on my end than on theirs, and Eric stepped in and worked with us and the billing department to come to a resolution. I will continue to use them for the rest of my home and will recommend them to anyone shopping around for flooring.

The sales staff were wonderful. The installers were late and ruined my woodwork. I love the carpet, just not what was done to my woodwork.

I experienced a unique situation.

Where the carpet was spliced, there was a color difference between the two pieces. This was a manufacturer issue, not an installation issue. Rather than have the carpet replaced and have to move all of the furniture again, I worked with the manager of installations to have the lighter carpet piece dyed to blend in with the darker colored piece. The dyer did a good job and I don't notice the color difference anymore.

The installers were excellent. They were brothers who enjoyed working together. I love the Lee's carpet. It is high quality with an excellent warranty.

I was so pleased with the customer service I received from Bloomington One, both in their store, when they came out to measure and on installation day. The quality and pricing was excellent. There was a minor miscommunication with the installer, but it was resolved completely and quickly with one phone call to the store. I will definitely use them again for future carpet needs and will recommend them to people who ask me.

Very thick padding. Good quality carpets, quick service. Very careful installers (no damage to the walls - carpeted 2/3 of the house). Generally very good service and material quality used for carpeting.
