The installation went very smoothly and we love the carpet. This is our second time purchasing from them. I highly recommend them for price and service.

My experience working with ICC Restoration Project Manager, Chris as well as his flooring rep from Carpet One, josh. We the best. Took the time to explain the process, the differences. Chris’s knowledge was excellent and always willing to answer anything or explain the policy or process Did what they could to make our water damage as easy for us to handle as possible. Chris kept in great contact and any questions or issues I had we’re dealt with by him and always he always kept me updated or in the loop. Chris and the company’s he works with have made our experience dealing with water damage, and insurance claim much easier than if our experience wasn’t so great.

They did an absolutely fantastic job laying my carpet. The two guys didn't stop working from the time they got to my place till they left and the carpet looks beautiful! I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Carpet One to anyone.

Shelly was VERY helpful, and always aware of the status of our order. She followed up, and made arrangments quickly. The linoleum install was aces. He went above and beyond making sure everything was just perfect!!

This was an easy decision for my wife and I. The time was given to us to properly brief us on the various products and quality within each carpet display. We educated ourselves and found a great color with a better than market price. We even compared carpet with other shops to solidify our decision. For the cost, quality, and craftsmanship of the product Carpet One has for the consumer, this is an easy decision. We love our new carpet and will be using Carpet One for future purchases.

They have a good selection and were willing to match the price on a carpet that was priced for less at another Carpet One store. The salesperson was professional and kind. The scheduler was very accommodating, considering that we had to change the installation date twice because of delays with other contractors. I could borrow samples with no fuss, and the people who installed the carpet were reliable and did a good job.

Installation didn't occur according to the plan laid out and what we paid for prior to installation. The installer decided the previous layers of vinyl didn't need to be removed so now there is a 1.5 in. transition from our dinning room and family rooms to the kitchen.

We were long-time renters (meaning, no recent experiences with buying flooring) prior to recently becoming homeowners. After checking out carpet and LVT options at the big box home stores, stopped in Bloomington Carpet One pretty much on a whim, and found their no-pressure but friendly and attentive selling style very comfortable. Josh Loren was extremely patient and gave us quote after quote as we went through numerous design iterations. We ended up doing two carpet installations through BC1, and both were handled promptly and professionally. Well done!

The salesperson was great.! Little confusion the day of installation with carpet installers but quickly resolved with phone call back to the office. LVT flooring installers were great!! Too many carpet seems in well seen places in living room- only complaint. Quality of carpet and LVT is nice.

We were selling our home and needed some new carpet put into the basement. Turn around time was quick as we needed to get into the market! Bloomington Carpet One was helpful, had good stock choices, was reasonably priced and got our installation done within a few days! Very happy with our experience and I would definitely recommend/use them for future flooring projects!

I received excellent help and advice in the store, but was told that the vinyl floor style I wanted was unavailable, so I selected a different style. I picked out carpet also. I placed my order and waited to hear when it would come in. I was told 10 to 14 days. At 15 days, I went to the store to ask about my order, and was told that the carpet I selected was back-ordered and would not be available for 6 weeks. This was unacceptable to me, so I requested a different carpet style. Then I was told that initially the WRONG carpet had been ordered - that was the one that was back-ordered. I asked for help from the manager. He agreed to make some calls, and had the RIGHT carpet delivered 5 days later, just in time for installation to meet the deadline of my moving van arrival. The installers were great. As for the vinyl flooring I ordered for my kitchen, after it was installed, I hated it. The store was willing to invoke my unconditional guarantee, and took out the vinyl flooring I hated and installed the vinyl flooring I had ORIGINALLY wanted that they had said was unavailable. So now I HAVE both of the types of flooring that I wanted. But it was a hassle to get it done.
