Carparts4more should be their name. £374 for Nissan wheel bearing. I got one for £30.95 on e bay. Cp4m one 12 times the cost. Even with fitting charge I could afford to fit 4 e bay bearings and still be in pocket

Placed a order on Tuesday was told it would arrive Friday had no confirmation at all saying it’s being delivered so I emailed them and they said that evri are dealing with my parcel and it would arrive today but had no information of any deliveries arriving at all also when checking order on there site it just says it’s been placed place is a joke don’t use them

Parts were delivered and left outside on drive, we are on a busy road and the parts were gone by the time we got home. Almost 2 months on and no refund or replacement parts.

Website offers free delivery but you can’t find this. Paid £5.75 .Goods didn’t arrive as promised. When they did I only got part of the order. It then took a week and lots of e mails for them to finally tell me remaining item out of stock.

Website issue preventing payment
Website issue preventing payment. Called for advice. Julian said my browser was the problem and to use another browser. Downloaded Edge, same issue. Tried on an android device. Same issue. Rang again. Julian answered again and, although polite could not have been less helpful. Refused phone order and just said "I'll report it to my manager." Spent my money elsewhere and I shall not be rushing back.

Hold on to the money - nobody cares
I have placed an order with them in the past for home delivery - delivery never happened. I had to go to Eurocarparts local branch and fight for my parcel. They reluctantly searched the warehouse and found it "somewhere in the corner"! As per my experience above (on two occasions) I have placed the order for collection. When I went to Eurocarparts branch they told me that they (locally) cancelled my order. I was within the collection dates - as per information I received - no matter. The personnel in Eurocarparts Aylesbury doesn't care. They are arrogant and rude. Single person goes through the catalogue with single client together - 10 other customers waiting. They do not care. Members of staff walking casually in and out when talking on mobile phone between crowded waiting clients - no reaction, no help. I wait for multiple refunds for cancelled orders for 10 days. Refund does not come. Nobody cares.

I made an order about 2 weeks ago paid for delivery which said maximum 5 days okay no problem. I haven’t received the order yet and every time I try to contact they just say it was forwarded and I should receive an email regarding delivery/news about my items still nothing just getting out in a loop call tell me to wait repeat nothing happens money was obviously taken already! Won’t be Using them again. Avoid!

Car Parts 4 Less delivered the wrong parts to the wrong house! Initially it looked like they were going to fix their error... I've now written ten emails. They don't even bother to respond now. Yes it took me that long to realise that I'm just being jerked around. They say that you must not send parts back without a returns code - and they will not give me a code number. Frustrating. I've written a letter to their MD Andrew Hamilton. I wonder if that will do any good? This is not the way a big business should behave. Word will get around.
Pick up charge cheek
All seems good part selected, select pickup, then notice price has increased on the payment page with no reason, investigate further - why - because they want to charge ME £1.99 for ME to pick it up from THEM. What a cheek these people have got. Time to go somewhere else!

This is a warning to everyone who is thinking of useing car parts 4 less or (euro car parts ) in disguise i ordered a clutch kit waited 5 days for it to be delivered sent wrong one so i phoned them after waiting 45 minutes on the phone they answered finding it very amusing that they had sent the wrong item you could here them laughing then tried to say it was my fault then admitting it wasn't agreed to collect the kit smugly saying it could take 14 days to get my money back people listen this is euro crappy car parts in disguise same bad service same bad attitude i shall never use them again and have disputed the payment with the bank be Warned
