Refund practices
I ordered several items amounting to $1524.98. Unforturnately, due to medical issues I could not use the products. I returned all of the products including the 2 bottles that had been opened but not used. The shipping cost by USPS was over $99.58. BuyGoods, Inc. has only refunded $757.28. I feel this is not a good business practice.

I ordered two products and then cancelled within the hour, I received emails to confirm this also saying refunds had been issued to my Paypal account. I contacted PP who said they have not received the funds, I opened two cases, PP have closed one case in my favour but not the other. I am furious about this as I bought a product after watching a video, once I made the purchase another video popped up which said I NEEDED to buy this other product to achieve results. I bought this product then ANOTHER video popped up saying I also NEEDED another product. I decided this was a scam as this had already cost over $660. PP are reviewing this case again. I have had a refund for the smaller amount but the larger one is still in dispute.
