Do Not Use!!
Order was created by someone other than myself. Called the customer service number and no one answered. In fact, despite leaving numerous messages they never phoned me back to have this charged reversed on my AMEX.
They repeatedly sent me generated text messages that go to an automated system.
Do Not Use this company. Any company worthy of doing legitimate business would answer the phone. Now, I have to take this up with my credit card company.

Trimoryn was the product I used
Trimoryn was the product I used. Instead of losing weight, all I got was constipation. I was told for the large amount of weight I needed to lose I should take one each morning and night. I did as directed. Never lost a single pound. When I asked for a refund they claimed I was past the deadline even thought I was 2 days earlier than the day I received it for the 60 day guarantee. They refused my full refund. Then said they would give it to me if I returned all the bottles, even the empty ones. Of course, since that was never mentioned before, with the guarantee, I did not have the bottles that I emptied. They agreed to give me back half. I do not agree with companies that start your 60 days a week before you even get the product. I keep accurate records so I know when I ordered,and when it arrived. I am however grateful to at least have received half of what I paid for it. But considering the deception of you needing to keep the empty bottles and starting the countdown before you even received the product, i would probably not do business with them again. I was truly due the entire $294. refund. I do give them credit that they were very kind to me when they returned my refund and they got it to me very quickly. So, needless to say, I have a lot of mixed emotions on this transaction.

60 day money back guarantee is bogus.
For starters, I listened to Bill Gates for at least 30 minutes singing the praises of MemoHoney only to find out it was an AI scam!
I can't review the product because it gave me very bad heartburn and my PCP told me not to take anymore.
The service however, is something I can review. It is terrible.
I was charged $316.93 on 9/17/26 and it took until 10/13/26 to receive a refund of $176.40. This was after almost daily emails asking for a return label or address. They kept offering a smaller refund if I just kept the product. Each email offered a little more if I just kept the product. They were charging a restocking fee of $58 and another $59 for the bottle I opened. By the time they offered the $176 along with what the cost to ship it back would cost I accepted the final offer. Now I'm out $140.53 and am stuck with 6 bottles of product I can't use!!

I ordered several items amounting to $1524.98. Unforturnately, due to medical issues I could not use the products. I returned all of the products including the 2 bottles that had been opened but not used. The shipping cost by USPS was over $99.58. BuyGoods, Inc. has only refunded $757.28. I feel this is not a good business practice.
