Friendly, helpful and efficient service.

They claimed that Im a bad landlord to the tenants but they cancelled the tenancy a day before the tenants was going to move into the property. The tenants later moved to another agent with me but the market had changed and the rental price had changed so they went for another property. I later found new tenants.
This agency doesnt follow the landlords requirements and spread false information to tenants. They cannot be trusted!
As I said This company cannot be trusted. Where is the evidence of your lies? i will continue to post information on this agency that is unprofessional to landlords and tenants. You cannot TRUST this agent. The tenants knew what they where getting when they saw my property. Every month I will post something about this agent on Trustpilot. They are disrespectful and cannot be trusted as an agent. They say I was intoxicated but I dont drink, they spread lies via Trustpilot!! My emails show the evidence. They market your property and tell you nothing about new Government laws!! I still have all my emails from you....
I also have text messages from the tenants as we communicated during the tenancy agreement.
If I was intoxicated why didnt you address this issue at a meeting or email? i have caught in a lie....you guys are fools!!
tirade, that is a false statement by the agency, they dont follow your requirements but send tenants that cannot afford your property. If their was a tirade then why didnt they address this in a meeting or email? Why didnt they send a warning email or letter? second lie by the agency....
I will provide email trail to TRUSTPILOT and then the community can decide who is telling the TRUTH!!
I have the email trail of the truth, the agency has twisted the narrative to suit their agenda to make me look like the bad guy. I will be creating a blog on this matter as feel that they are so wrong in their actions....
These guys are fools because they sent out the contract for the tenants to sign and the tenants signed the contract but the contract needed signing from me but i needed time to read the contract and get the Electricity Report but they had given me no time to do that....it was all rushed by the agent!!
The Truth will come out, you cannot hide from the truth!!

I highly recommend Butler and Stag and I can’t speak more highly of Milo. He has been so fantastic from start to finish. We felt supported 100% of the time. He was always available for help and advice whenever we needed it, nothing was ever too much trouble and his knowledge of the market is worth its weight in gold.

We decided to put our house on the market and instructed 3 local agents to provide us with a valuation. Butler and stag being one of them. Chris came to the appointment, he was very professional, he knew his market well, and wasn’t bothered by what the other agents had said about our property- he just took everything on board and gave us a valuation we thought reflected our property fairly. The next day, we were introduced to Charlie who would be selling the property for us.. and within 1 day of it being on the market, he had found a buyer, full asking price offer, job done.
The next couple of months we’re seamless, easy, stress free and no hassle what so ever. Charlie was accommodating, always available (even on his days off) and helpful.
We faced a last minute glitch with the buyers, the deal was 50/50 but Charlie reassured us that he would get it done… and within that 24 hour period he managed to get us exchanged.
Overall, a great experience and would definitely be using again in the future.

From the initial valuation to where I am now on exchange Butler & Stag have been exceptional in their service. Athos gave very astute opinions on valuation and Amanda has gone above and beyond in getting the exchange and completion dates I wanted. I would thoroughly recommend their kind, helpful, efficient approach.

B&S sold my property professionally and with very responsive communication which I like. They were always there quickly to discuss things and give me strong advice. My property was non-standard as it was timber framed however they have good experience with this and I believe that their access to the London market helped get the sale.

In the final week when paperwork issues arose from the solicitors, they were on it every day and pushing hard to make the completion happen.

Genuinely cannot recommend enough from start to finish Chris has been amazing! He has gone above and beyond what was expected from him. My situation wasn’t the most straight forward to say the least but he along with my mortgage broker made the impossible possible.

They have been a fantastic team and I can honestly say I have never received service like it, ever!! Amanda is also brilliant lovely and easy to talk to and as far as aftercare and keeping me informed goes she cannot be faulted. She is also lovely to speak to
