Having met Milo O’Neill at the property valuation I immediately liked him and trusted him. This gave me confidence in Butler and Stagg and appointed them to market our property. Milo explained the process and assured me they would sell the house from an open house viewing day. Butler and Stagg did not disappointment. Charlie Parsons, property consultant, who you cannot fail to like, showed the property all day and kept me informed of how the viewings were going. By the end of the day there were several interested parties. A few days later Charlie and Milo had the buyer confirmed and in legals. Charlie was in direct contact with the buyers and kept me updated but I never felt any pressure.

We were evicted from our rented house by Keatons Stratford London. The people there were fraudsters. However, when we approached Butler & Stag, they provided us with an exceptionally good service, working day and night to be able to provide roof for my family. They stood up to the landlords solicitors and other agencies that pushed us around , a credit to them specially a lovely man named Athos. The agency is so good that I will be using them for mine and my family future house sales and purchases.
