Terrible company
Bought a business end of May that had Bryt energy as electricity supplier. Did the tenancy change form, landline, mobile and email on the form. Never heard anything back for a month or so hence called them, was told they sent emails but found out email address was wrong, guy on the phone said will change it and will send emails again. Never heard anything again! Found a better supplier in the meantime, changed supplier and still no correspondence from this company. Received a debt collection company letter demanding to pay or else... so called Bryt energy again, was told email was wrong! But they had my landline, mobile and correspondence address where they could have sent a letter when emails were bouncing back! Failed to take the most basic steps to contact the consumer, debt collectors contacted us without any problem !! No apology or acknowledgement that it's their error so maybe offer a payment plan....no! Was told it's in debt collectors hands now, call them and pay! Thanks a bunch for helping a business just starting up!! I wish I could give zero star!
