Company is creating problems for returning product.

I ordered one bottle of Frankincense oil and a month later was shipped a second bottle that I did not need. After contacting the company about returning the product and canceling the subscription I was told the return address would be emailed to me. Instead, I received multiple offers for discounts on their products. I had to contact customer service by phone several times to request the return address. I still have not received it. I will be making a report with the Better Business Bureau regarding the unwanted practices by this company.

NIGHTMARE

My experience has been a nightmare. Products have been sent that I haven’t ordered. I have asked for a subscription to be canceled. I’m still getting emails about orders that I did not place now I’m trying to contact somebody about returning an order exactly what to do. It’s been a nightmare.

I did not sign up for your…

I did not sign up for your subscriptions. I am 83 years old. I retired from the Air Force after 50 consecutive years of civilian service. I had breast surgery on Feb 18 and a second Mar 24. During this time, my sister-in-law encouraged me to get frankincense which I did but now regret it. I do not have the energy to deal with these types of issues. I believe that you use deceptive ways to get subscriptions. I will return the 2 bottles and request my money back.
