Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ended my subscription but another month just started up again and I was charged for a new order. I have emailed over the course of DAYS and zero response on trying to get that order canceled and make sure my subscription is canceled. So, now, when I receive it I will have to try and send it back if (they ever respond) or I will have to go to my bank to try and get the charge dropped.
I wouldn't recommend a web based company that has zero support. It's too much of a hassle.
