Once again an oustanding annual investment review with Jeremy Holland from Brookson Financial. Jeremy carefully reviewed my current financial status and checked for any changes to my circumstances and any specific need to change or vary my current investments. Jeremy carefully covered all the aspects of the financial advice that is provided by Brookson Financial without applying any pressure to take on additional services which is so rare these days with many companies trying hard to get you to sign up to things you don't need. Jeremy carefully summarised my current situation, checking to ensure my understanding, and a polite good bye at the end of our review conversation made the whole experience enjoyable. Jeremy has been my advisor since I have been with Brookson Financial and I would strongly recommend his services for financial advice.

Over the past seven years, I have been a client of both Brookson Ltd and their umbrella service. During this time, I have experienced several issues, including the cyber security breach, accounting errors, and repeated delays in communication.

Until recently, I would have rated my overall experience as approximately 3 out of 5 and may even have considered recommending the firm.

However, my recent experience while attempting to transfer my affairs to a new accountant has been extremely disappointing. For the past three weeks, my emails have gone unanswered, and the process of transferring my records has been obstructed. Both I and my prospective new accountants, Tax Assist, have sent multiple emails and made repeated attempts to contact the Brookson team, yet we have received no response whatsoever.

In light of this experience, I regret that I am unable to recommend this firm. The lack of communication and cooperation during a routine transfer process is highly unprofessional and unacceptable

Financial review with knowledgeable helpful staff who weren't pushy with Sales.

Had a financial wellbeing evaluation with Saffron Carvell and Rishi Patel who comprehensively described my current situation as a limited company contractor.

My main concern was ensuring I had Life Cover and Income Protection in the event I couldn't work or providing for the people I care about if something happens to me. Rishi summed up my risks and offered potential solutions well-suited to my lifestyle.

After a bit of my own research into the offerings, I've decided to go ahead with their recommendations.
