Faulty valve replaced next day. Service of boiler brought forward at same time is cost efficient.

Engineer arrived today, on time, for my annual boiler service. He was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was going along, nothing was too much trouble and he helped me with my sticking thermostatic control valves. Another satisfied service visit.
