Despicable company
Despicable company. I would leve zero stars if that was an option. I had a boiler fitted recently,I messaged the fitter the morning after installation to tell him there was water coming through my ceiling and he did not message back, he had left a radiator leaking that has damaged my floor and ceiling. He also left a magnetic filter leaking. They also stood on my kitchen worktop instead of using step ladders and have caused damage to that. Warmzilla and their fitter have not been back to have a look, inspect the work or put things right. They asked for photos which I sent and just accepted zero responsibility. They said my kitchen worktop was fitted incorrectly, it has been in there for over 10 years and regardless of how it is fitted a tradesman should be using step ladders not a kitchen worktop. That is a health and safety issue! The boiler has been having pressure issues since it has been fitted, I will be taking this further with legal action DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After months of stress and repeated…
After months of stress and repeated chasing, WarmZilla have finally rectified the flue installation issue with my boiler after concerns were raised about whether it had originally been installed correctly.
While I appreciate that the issue has now been resolved, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Communication throughout the process was poor, and I had to repeatedly follow things up myself.
I also paid an additional £150 on the day of installation for electrical work relating to a fused spur, yet I still have not received the Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate despite requesting it multiple times.
The installation issues, delays and lack of documentation caused unnecessary worry and inconvenience. Credit where it’s due that the flue issue has now been corrected, but the aftercare and handling of the complaint have fallen well below what I expected.

Great person, very knowledgeable. He has found a fault with the boiler that wasn't dealt with on the last repair done. Now I know I will log another warranty with warmzilla with the humming the boiler does and the f2 fault.

Really pleased overall with WarmZilla and would probably give 4.5 stars if Trustpilot allowed it.
The boiler installation itself was excellent value for money and the engineers were professional and knowledgeable. They also resolved a fairly significant issue for me in the end, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’ve knocked half a star off is communication. During the first visit/issue I felt a bit left in the dark and wasn’t kept updated properly, which was frustrating at the time.
That said, once things got moving again they were very good and the final outcome was genuinely strong. I’d still recommend them overall.

Fantastic price & service
Fantastic price & service. Our boiler developed a water leak and we decided it was time to retire it as it was 23 year old. I went straight online and found warmzilla. Efficient and tidy fitters.
Our boiler was fitted on the second attempt after the first fitter broke down on route. The men were prompt and efficient fitting the new boiler and left the place tidy. Unfortunately as yet the boiler doesn't seem to be running as often as we'd like and I've yet to understand it. I have worked out how to put it on for a few hours which helps but more research is needed. I've looked at the hub but not found information yet.

We had ongoing issues with our boiler and struggled a bit with contacting Warmzilla, however once we had established communication an engineer was found and came to us within a day, and our agent was extremely helpful. A good service for the price we pay.
