We, Brookhouse Gas Services, were formed in 2003 by myself, Nick Woodward and my wife, Donna. I started out in the gas industry in 1980 as an apprentice with British Gas and now have over 42 years experience. We are a family run business with 15 employees including our sons, Alex and Dan and we are based in Harthill on the outskirts of Sheffield. We install, service and repair appliances that run on Natural Gas, L.P.G and Oil. We now have approximately 2000 households covered on Service Contracts offering repairs 365 days per year giving our customers peace of mind. Brookhouse Gas are proud to work with Worcester Bosch and Novuna to offer our customers a range of payment options for your new boiler and heating systems. We recently had our annual boiler service.
Brookhouse always call me to remind and to book the appointment, they are so accommodating with dates to suit, due to me running a business, sometimes can be awkward. but they work with me.
The guys attending our property are very polite and knowledgeable. The office staff are very nice to deal with and helpful.
Overall very good company and would highly recommend for your boilers/radiator care.

Great experience
I have a service plan with Brookhouse and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to Jack who came within an hour and found the fault on the boiler. A new part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later. Brookhouse are an excellent company to deal with . Jack was punctual, cheerful and very efficient, explaining exactly what the fault on the boiler was. 5stars all round!!

Another excellent boiler service from Brookhouse
Another excellent boiler service from Brookhouse, Alex is always so pleasant and friendly, he found a fault on the system and said he would need to order a replacement gas valve.
He returned the following afternoon with the new part and fitted it with no problems. He is a first rate engineer and works very neatly and tidily clearing up after himself.
See you again next year 😉

I had a problem with low pressure on my…
I had a problem with low pressure on my boiler, I rang Brookhouse Gas and they talked me through it. I then noticed water underneath the boiler. An engineer was with me within 30 minutes. Instantly spotted the faulty part. Serviced the boiler on the same visit. Ordered the part and it was fitted the next day. Lovely friendly lads. Professional job. Highly recommended.
