Manage expectations at the start
The process was explained but the timelines were not near close to accurate. It would have allowed me to manage my expectations differently regarding events that happened. Because of that, I was often calling in and asking for updates opposed to knowing that there really wasn't going to be any for a while.

Good Experience
The end result of a 40% settlement was great. I did feel like it wasn't communicated to me very well on how long and how much money needed to be in the escrow account before much action was took place. I was originally told the offer would be in about 90 days and I think it was about 180 days in the end. It would have been nice to know what the escrow account needed to be at prior to the real negotiation period. I gave you a 5 because it all worked out and the settlement offer seemed to make up for some of the outrageous interest that is charged by these cards. I would recommend your service.

Kisswanna Williams and Lindsey both…
Kisswanna Williams and Lindsey both assisted me, responding and answering my questions and inquiries concerning my Citibank settlement offer and the changes to my additional payments that were increased to cover the settlement offers for Macy's Amex and Citibank. There was some confusion on my part due not understanding how the new increased payments would be handled and I had originally declined and refused the settlement offer at first, but after I finished talking to Kisswanna and declining the settlement offer, I called back and Lindsey assisted me and was very friendly, understanding, courteous, respectful, patient and knowledgeable in answering my additional questions, concerns and worries. Lindsey addressed all my concerns and questions while clarifying and making the settlement offer more clear and making more sense ny removing the confusion and wrong interpretation I had. After Lindsey had explained and clarified how my new increased payments for the 2 settlement offers would affect me much clearer and I understood the settlement much more clearly. Once Lindsey had explained everything to me. I was able to consent and accept the settlement offer that Kisswana had prepared. Both associates have demonstrated a very outstanding, excellent, superb and exceptional job handling my settlement offers with their knowledge, expertise and experience. I would recommend Kisswana and Lindsey to anyone in my situation.
