From the beginning, he has been incredibly professional, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Any issues we raised were handled swiftly and with a high level of care. It is rare to find a property manager who is so dedicated to ensuring both the property and the tenant are well looked after. We highly recommend his services and that of the agency to anyone looking for a stress-free letting experience.

Bristol Residential Lettings Co have been great to work with and Amy Garrod is a fantastic property manager. From sorting out my tenancy agreement to helping with any queries throughout my tenancy, she is always friendly and communicative to make sure any questions are answered and repairs are completed in a timely manner.

A special shout out to Emma who went above and beyond, meeting with contractors out of hours to ensure my car was accessible. Very grateful and can only say positive things about this company.

What made my experience great and what the company doing well, is that they are listening if we have any problems and they are not there just to take our money. Plus the communication is great.

I’ve had a really positive experience with The Bristol Residential Letting Co, and especially with Aimee. Communication has been clear, friendly and very professional throughout. When I needed to rearrange a property inspection, it was handled quickly and without any issues, which I really appreciated.

Aimee was also helpful in explaining minor maintenance matters and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Overall, the service has been efficient, accommodating and reassuring - exactly what you hope for from a letting agency.

I needed some help for access at a block of flats managed by Bristol Residential and Andy Peters, without any notice, assisted the access to enable the essential work to go ahead. I have worked with Andy for some time and have to say I always find that he goes above and beyond to support the access requirements for our contractors.
