We have had a great experience over the several years that our flat has been let. Amy Garrod has always been very professional, and available to speak with when needed. She has given us advice when we have needed it, and looks after our tenants well. We would highly recommend this letting agency.

This lettings company are the best! They look after our property and our tenants in exemplary manner which means our tenants stay with us. But, should they decided to move out, I am certain new tenants will be found in super quick time so we aren't without rental income.
Our property manager, Gemma, always responds to any emails I send her almost immediately and is really fast at solving any problems that may arise.
Highly recommended in fact, I recommended them to our son and he is more than happy with their service, too.

Bristol Residential Letting have managed my let property for several years now and have been happy throughout with their excellent service. Andy Peters is my main point of contact and is always helpful both with advice when I’ve needed it and also dealing quickly and efficiently with maintenance or other issues as and when they inevitably arise from time to time. For example I recently needed to arrange an EPC at short notice and Andy booked and had it completed within a couple of days….very impressed and grateful to him for his continuing help.

Amy Garrod was such a help recently. Out of the blue, we had a problem with a previously exemplary tenant. On vacating the first floor flat, the tenant’s removal firm badly damaged the carpet over a series of steps on the staircase. The removals company declined responsibility. As the damage occurred in the common parts, not the flat itself, the damage was not covered by the tenant’s deposit. Amy's gentle diplomacy meant that the tenant - eventually - acknowledged responsibility and agreed to pay. Amy then liaised with a carpet fitter to ensure the job was done. As I am no longer living in Bristol, I was very grateful for Amy's quiet efficiency in dealing with these matters.

I rented from Bristol Residential for three years. My property manager, Amy G, was always responsive and quick to address maintenance concerns. I left the UK before the official end of my lease, Amy was very helpful in settling things upon the lease ending. Will definitely prioritise working with them if I have future housing needs.

I have rented through Bristol Residential Lettings since June 2025, and have just moved into another property of theirs. Everything, from the tenant-swap process and placing the deposit, to checking out and returning the deposit, has been totally smooth and professional (thank you very much to our Property Manager, Andy from the Southville office). Any concerns we had were responded to and resolved very quickly, and the contractors they used were also always friendly. This is such a contrast to other agents in Bristol that I have used before, who were impossible to get hold of and persistently tried to take advantage because I was a young person.

In short, I’d recommend Bristol Residential Lettings to anyone looking to rent in Bristol!
