Emma Vincent was my estate agent when I was a tenant in Bedminster. She was utterly wonderful - respectful of my privacy, responsive, friendly and professional. I felt I could ask questions or flag concerns and trust her to do her best to support me. She gave excellent advice on the flat and tenancy, going far beyond what I would expect of an estate agent. I would have happily stayed on in my tenancy (1yr) but moved because I wanted to live with a friend.
