It pains me to write such a bad review…
It pains me to write such a bad review as Bridgend are an excellent company that I have had business with successfully for many many years.
Having bought my latest car there were 3 basic faults found and after 5 return visits and many weeks later, all the issues have not been resolved.
My biggest disappointment comes from the last visit where the service manager kept my car for a week to ensure the continued low tyre pressure warnings had finally been fixed. It went in with a full tank of fuel and returned with 1/3 of a tank and 157 miles extra on the clock. So not only do I have to suffer weeks of not being able to use my new car, I also have to pay the fuel bill for someone else to drive it about.
I have messaged Bridgend several times now about this and they have still not answered, so I feel I have no other option but to put this bad review in

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your recent experience, particularly given your long-standing relationship with the business, which is greatly valued.
Your concerns have been acknowledged and discussed directly with you, responsibility was taken, and steps were put in place to address the issues raised. Senior members of the service team have been involved throughout, and communication has also taken place with other relevant departments. In addition, there has been ongoing email correspondence between yourself and the Customer Services team.
Based on this, we are not aware of any communication having been ignored or dismissed. Your initial review was shared internally, carefully discussed, and it was believed that appropriate actions had been taken to resolve the matters raised. It is therefore disappointing to learn that, despite these efforts, the outcome has not met your expectations.
Please be assured that all customer concerns are taken seriously and are thoroughly investigated. While we fully acknowledges your dissatisfaction and apologise for the experience, we can not agree that your concerns have gone unanswered. Nonetheless, it is regrettable that the level of service provided has fallen short of expectations.
