I bought my car over the phone from Matt, without viewing, mistake you may think, Not at all.
What a fantastic chap, and company to deal with.
100 % trustworthy , any issues are dealt with, without question, quickly and efficiently.
When I feel the need to replace my car, as I do get bored very easily, not the cars fault. I shall see what’s available with them first.
The very best dealer I have ever used, and in 53 yrs of driving, I’ve dealt with a few.
But honestly, if there is a car you like on there website, buy unseen, go for a test drive, you will NOT, be disappointed.

Matt & Steve are very friendly and genuine guys, no hard sales just let you look around the car at leisure and answered any questions honestly, highly recommend buying a used car from this company.

I honestly wish I could give Matt and Steve more than 5 stars, my experience with them has been outstanding! I was after my very first car and after finding one I liked nothing has been too much trouble for them. Despite them being in Plymouth and me being in Liverpool they answered all my questions so quickly, set up a video call to show me the car, delivered it to my house and have just been so honest and friendly - a godsend for someone who is just starting out in the car world!
The car arrived exactly as described, so clean, so tidy, with all the paperwork and even a bottle of prosecco!
I cannot thank you both enough, I think I'll be getting all my future cars from you guys. Thank you Matt and Steve!

The service was outstanding
They were very helpful and guided me through the process. I got a years warranty and when I went to pick up the car it had a big red bow on it! And I got a bottle of bubbly!

I’ve just had some work completed on a car I purchased around 6 months ago from Elliott Jarvis. Due to the 12 months warranty they offer, this work was carried out under warranty with no cost to myself. This is why I’d recommend Elliott Jarvis due to their after sales care and 12 months warranty which is rare around used car dealerships. Cheers Matt & Steve.

I bought few days a car from them.Is a very respectful company,doing their promises as they said and answering to all your questions you have about your car.Very helpful and trusted guys.

Purchased a Nissan Quasqai in July 2025 for £8000+- sales and service was exceptional however ..... within a month the clutch went (i was told on purchase cars have different bite points perhaps they knew it was going or bad luck maybe)- cost £1000 to repair, since then multiple minor issues which we fixed (including battery replacement, issues with wheel alignment to name just two)- now the whole middle console needs replacing quoted at £3,500+ to repair, needless to say not worth doing therefore the car has now (less than a year on) been valued at around the £1000 mark... nothing has been covered by the warranty which was sold with the car because the service hx which I was told hadn't arrived in the post simply does not exist and therefore is not covered by the £300 policy. Buyer beware the warranty company used do everything they can not to pay out and are known for doing so by the garages local to me where I have been taking the car to be fixed due to not being local to Plymouth. MOT this month and i've already been told more work will be required to get it to pass - absolute money pit of a car and for what I paid i was hoping it would have been an upgrade not a complete downgrade on the car i traded it for or at the very least drove well without issues for a year.
Very disappointed overall. I won't be returning in future.

In response - there isn't a case because the company declined it, DESPITE APPROVAL ON THE PHONE, stating the warranty is not valid for the reason stated above, previously when I have called them about other issues they stated it was a wear and tear issue ..... it covers NOTHING and is therefore worthless!

Excellent, honest communication. Car was delivered with full MOT, spotlessly clean and with a bottle of bubbly! They took away all the stress of buying a car. They sorted tax and offered AA discount. Fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic service from the lads at Elliott Jarvis. Nothing was too much trouble and the skoda i bought from there has been top notch. 10/10 would highly recommend amd would definitely buy another car from them.

These guys are passionate about doing it right, car supplied with full mot, 12 month warranty and 12 months AA roadside assistance. Communication was excellent, a real professional outfit, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, highly recommended. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience purchasing my car with Elliott Jarvis Cars. I had a very short time frame and they were brilliant at working with my schedule so I could have my new car in time. On arrival to pick up my car there was a bow on it and a lovely bottle of fizz as a gift. These extra touches were very thoughtful. I can't recommend them enough. They were respectful, friendly and a lovely company. I would absolutely go to them again in the future!!!

Bought a car from Elliott Jarvis cars a few days ago, and the whole process was made very easy and stree free due to ( I delt with Steve) the professionalism of the guys down there. The cars are great and they (if you know what I mean...) just do things the right way.
Would highly recommend to friends and family and also to others.
The boys are very friendly and always there to answer any questions you may have no matter what time of day it is.

What an incredible garage, wish I'd found them ages ago. Bought my son his first car, they were amazing, making him feel special.. Arrived to collect it and it was parked up with a big bow on it. 5* review.

Dishonest and disgraceful. They tell you that the car will have a clean MOT, including advisories. I believed them. I brought a car Vauxhall Insignia Tourer (Estate). The MOT said there was rust under the car. I asked them to make sure this was done. They said they would.

So I got the and took it to a TRUSTED garage. We looked underneath. I was shocked, to say the least. So much rust.
I immediately took the car back, I was refunded all costs. But it's the principal.

Not only that, when I dropped in the V5 (proof of ownership), they had already sold the car. They didn't even own it. I did. Couldn't believe it. Would not recommend this place. Whoever purchased the car, it will only take about 4hours labour to get the rust fixed, but it was principal for me. What else could be wrong with the car

After a bad experience with another dealership i eventually found Elliott Jarvis cars. From the moment I step inside their showroom to the time I drove out in my new car i felt i had found a honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly dealership. Having been to so many other places beforehand i had almost given up on finding another vehicle. The whole team at Elliott Jarvis cars were first class...highly recommend.

Recently brought a vehicle - service was spot on. Very friendly and no pressure selling. Relaxed and honest. No quibbles when asking for other info and request others items to be reviewed and amended before purchase.

The guys were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Within 10 minutes we had a tea/coffee in our hands while we looked at the car as it was freezing. They were informative and helpful without being pushy and were sympathetic to our situation. Made the process easy and felt very looked after.

Great service from start to finish. They were very empathetic about scrapping my old car, which really meant a-lot. I’m so excited about my new car, and they took the time to show me the whole dashboard and explain how everything works, they were on it the entire time- professional kind, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
