My boyfriend and I love the BreoBox. It’s his favorite thing to open and see what we got each season. We are super excited for the winter box because that’s our favorite season! I love having a surprise every quarter I always forget about it then boom it’s in my mail! They’re definitely products that I wouldn’t ever just buy but having them basically gifted makes me open my eyes to new things!

The boxes are fun surprises. Only a few are items I keep the rest are great gifts!
My packaging has been varied from over the top excellent to box broken not sure if anything is missing.
Customer service was difficult to reach so I didn’t complain. Communication advising packages shipped etc where cool to be on the look out.
I love random surprise packages.

Loved the box. It is a great surprise to open . I look forward to the email it is on the way.

BREO BOX has been a lot of fun, as there are so many interesting items that they send. Everything is mailed very well so nothing is ever broken and everything has instructions on how to use the items. It’s like Christmas every time I get one! The last one was just a few weeks ago.

I love the suprise factor! Everything is high quality. It was a box full of things I never knew I needed. Pleasantly suprised! I will definitely be renewing for next box! Loved it all!

The customer service provided by Breo Box is top notch. I had a small issue where one of the products in my first box was not working properly, Aleks and his team assisted me on rectifying the situation on the very same day. It is really refreshing to see a company go above and beyond to take care of the “little guy“.
If you are on the fence about trying Breo Box, it’s 100% worth it!

Its been fun getting these random gadgets. Their customer service has been great too.

We love getting these! Their customer service can be slow in response time but they quickly resolved my issue once someone did pick it up.

Expensive but cheaper than a pair of airpod pros. Cool stuff, but to be determined if we actually use a few of the items.

This was the first box we got and we had no idea what to expect. It’s super cool! And so far my husband has been using the earbuds consistently and also the posture device. I was only going to do one box but I think we will do more!

I ordered this as a gift, FedEx apparently delivered it to the wrong address and I have been back and forth with the customer service team over email trying to resolve it but they are not helpful at all. They keep asking me if i know where it was delivered and who signed for it - how would I know. Not helpful and so far I've had a horrible experience.

My husband opened his first Breo box at Christmas. These are not tech items but gadgets. We bought the subscription thinking he would receive fun tech things but he has no use for any of the items.
After reaching out to customer service repeatedly we still haven’t been able to cancel his subscription and are no clearer on how to do so despite numerous emails back and forth. And they are not taking phone calls, so that is not an option (although we continue to try).
I am completely disappointed in the terrible customer service, especially for the price of the boxes. I feel we were misled about the product and are being given the run around by customer service.
