Previously I rated my experience 5 stars, due to an awesome experience with William, from Capri's support staff.
Since then, I received my prints, and while they were fine, they were wrinkled, the frames weren't worth the price, and support since then has been terrible.
The price point comes with a ebook, which no one seems to know about, and the website cannot produce. This also miraculously cannot be sent via email. I have been waiting for an update my open case for this since it was submitted on Dec 11, 2025 (it is now March 4, 2026), and have only received the generic response that they are waiting on a response from the technical team, before they stopped responding a month ago, with the issue still not being resolved.
I do not think that William's review deserves to be downgraded, as his service was amazing, but this new rating is 100% justified. Lack of response, no issue resolution, and lack of communication has left a bad taste in my mouth, and for someone who once suggested to everyone to get this, based on customer service alone I am suggesting that they look elsewhere.
Edit after Capri Response: My issue is not resolved and I haven't received an update from Capri since Jan 20, 2026, regarding this issue. So, if it takes their "internal team" that long to try to figure out why a button isn't working, and to respond to a customer to give an update that they are still working on it, they have likely just washed their hands of it, and forgotten that the issue exists. No ticket number provided to me to track it by, nothing. If I could downgrade my rating to 0 stars based on this response, I would.

The customer service at Capri Studios is amazing! I placed a few orders throughout the holiday, not with a ton of lead time, and ran into shipping issues. The customer service team were so responsive in helping me confirm all the shipping and tracking details. Also, when I received an item and there was some damage due to the packaging, the customer service team stepped in again to help me get a replacement print. Everyone loved the prints and I just ordered 2 more!

The due date of Christmas delivery was missed by several weeks with no discount code or anything offered. Overall I rate a 3 because the artwork and framing were good.

I ordered a framed print from Capri Studios weeks before Christmas as a gift for my best friend. Production time was long, but I was patient. The order finally arrived on Christmas Eve — just in time for our gift exchange. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I was shocked.
The product was an absolute atrocity.
The “frame” was cheap, flimsy, and poorly made. Even worse, the plexiglass front had been improperly inserted and was literally sticking out of the frame. Because of this, the print inside was crumpled and completely warped. For a $150 product, this level of quality is unacceptable.
I immediately contacted customer support and provided photo evidence. Since it was Christmas Eve and I had no usable gift, I had to rush out and buy a replacement gift at the last minute — wasting both my time and additional money. I made it very clear that I did not want a replacement. Christmas was the next day. A replacement would be useless. I specifically requested a refund.
Support told me my case was “escalated to an internal team.”
Then — complete silence.
Nearly THREE WEEKS LATER, without any communication or approval from me, they shipped a replacement anyway. By that point, Christmas was long over and I had already purchased another gift. The replacement was pointless.
I contacted them again asking why a replacement was sent when I explicitly asked for a refund. Once again, I was told the “internal team” was reviewing it. After another week of waiting, they finally responded that since they had sent a replacement, they had done all they could do — and refused to issue a refund.
So to summarize:
• They shipped a defective, poorly made $150 product
• They ignored my clearly stated request for a refund
• They sent an unwanted replacement weeks later without consent
• They then used that replacement as an excuse to deny a refund
• There is no phone number and no way to speak to anyone with actual authority
This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their mistake cost me money, time, and stress during the holidays — and they took zero responsibility.
Capri Studios sells premium-priced products with bargain-bin quality and hides behind scripted email responses instead of fixing their own errors. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to save themselves the headache and shop elsewhere.

Items arrived damaged with creases. I took pictures and sent a message. I have been given the run around ever since. They promised it would come in time (the replacements) for Christmas. Ok, not the worst thing that it didn't happen. But ZERO communication from them since they promised to make it right. They will only respond when I reach out, days later, and to give some standard reply that they are working on, and will escalate it to another department. They are unable to provide tracking etc. A lot of runaround, which is sad because the ordering process and revision process was easy, not to mention the artwork is lovely, save for the huge creases. yes.
2/3/26 Update: after many emails back-and-forth. I finally got a notification that my items were being shipped. I’m not actually sure if customer service is just AI email an actual person because the responses seemed very canned and not detailed enough to make me feel like a real person answered them. But I don’t know 100% how it works. I do know that I was going back-and-forth so much and I finally said to the rep that I no longer wanted to speak with them and I only wanted someone higher up to respond to my emails moving forward. Shortly after that exchange, I got a shipping and tracking number. When the order arrived the other day, I opened it and quickly noticed two things. The first is that the creases that were present in my original order were no longer there and was fixed. The second thing I noticed was the difference in framing. With my first order, the frame legitimately looked like a frame that you could buy at Target/Home Goods. and was cheaply constructed very thin wood, etc. The frame I received the second time around was professionally matted, and the wood was thicker and smoother. I’m honestly not sure if they changed their framing or if I really got screwed the whole time more so than just creasing in the artwork. Either way, I’m glad to be finally done with the company and I can enjoy my artwork now. A bonus is that you get the download when you order so if I ever wanna reprint it, I will just use my own printing company.
