Tilting outdoor camping fan replacement.,
I purchased the outdoor camping fan and while operating it the first time I noticed that it would tilt upwards instead of maintaining the direction/angle that I wanted. I contacted customer service and after providing them details and a short video of the issue, a new replacement fan was sent to me.

My 400w solar panel came in bent and sucked after waiting almost 4 weeks and customer service trying to find my package.
still trying to forget the whole situation explaining the situation to friends on why my panel is bent. I just kept it and moved on. still sad this happened.

We'd like to clarify a couple of things. While the delivery did take longer than our stated timeframe (1 business day processing + 3–7 days shipping), your order was placed on June 27th and delivered on July 9th — a total of about 2 weeks.
Also, we weren't able to find any emails from you regarding this issue — including any inquiries about the tracking or the panel arriving bent. We truly believe that open communication is the key to resolving problems. If you don't reach out to us, how would we know the panel arrived bent?

Nice travel fridge
I bought this to use as a freezer fir camping because my dog eats raw food and packing a week's worth in a cooler doesn't go well. It works, but your best off to have either hookups or a generator for recharging because it takes about 2-3 hours to recharge the battery and as a freezer lasts about 8 hours. Much longer if as a fridge.
Pros:
Well made, sturdy
Easy to use and maneuver
Decent battery life
Cons:
Heavy
Long recharge time
Small compartment on dual zone model is practically useless. Too small to fit anything more than a couple ice cream bars. I found myself wishing I had just gotten the single unit.

I bought this product for a 3…
I bought this product for a 1 month overlanding trip out west. This unit the 52 qt fridge/freezer has performed well above my expectations. Having cold food and ice in the backcountry is fantastic. This unit got bounced around alot and not a scratch on it and performs perfectly. The multi power inputs were great too. From solar, to its battery to plugging it in to my battery generator, I had not issues with power interruption. I highly recommend this and other Bougerv products.

Great Cooler/Freezer but Hideous Customer Suport
First, I really liked the cooler/freezer itself. My issue has to do with selecting the source of power for the cooler. When traveling, the cooler would not pull power from the 12v DC source in my vehicle. I had the vehicle checked-out at the Authorized Dealer, and even tested other devices with the 12v DC outlet, and the outlet was not the problem. The manual that came with the cooler is a joke, and was no help at all. Your AI “customer service” is hideous. (PLEASE get rid of that!). Despite liking the cooler itself, I had no choice but to return it, and the extra battery that I purchased.

The warranty process was pretty much easy but time consuming but was easy to do they did respond back quickly when they did open on business hours and ship the new cooler out quick love these cooler i have three and all work good

The unit doesn't seem to cool off the truck that well. I think it loses alot of the cool air because of the long hose run to the side window.
