The RV fridge I purchased was an item that I had been looking at (many brands) for a couple of years. Due to their expense and reviews, I procrastinated. I finally made the decision this summer to buy. I tent camp in South Dakota annually and spend 10-15 dollars a day for ice. It’s very messy dealing with ice when it involves food. This purchase made it all very easy and so much better. The fridge maintained my selected temperature throughout my 10 day camping trip. Additionally the electricity draw was so minimal it allowed my to be able to use my converters and solar power to power it. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this BougeRV item.

My refrigerator exceeded my expectations. I thought this would be another gadget that I don’t use much instead I have added on most of the time in my car in the southern California heat this summer. I am so impressed by the battery. I have been telling everybody I know to get one my only regret is not getting one that is large enough for a frozen pizza. However, the version I got with the handle is really great. I just have to cut the pizzas in half.

I like the size of the fan and how quiet it runs however it does not seem to move much air,may be ok in a small tent but in my van(vw Eurovan so not a big one) it’s really not much use,also it won’t stay in the same position and there’s no way to adjust the swivel part. 3 Stars for the quick delivery and overall build quality

Customer Service Tainted an Otherwise Excellent Experience
I ordered a BougeRV camping shower. The unit I received would not charge. I contacted customer service via email. They asked me to run some reasonable tests to see if we could solve the problem. When those tests didn’t solve the problem they asked me to run more complex troubleshooting tests. The troubleshooting tests were better suited for their lab so I declined. I was on a tight deadline to get a working unit before I went on an extended camping trip. BougeRV then expedited a new unit to me in time for my trip. The new unit worked great for my entire trip and I have been bragging about it to my friends and family. This would have been a 5-Star review if customer service had just sent a new unit once they determined the unit was not working properly instead of trying to convince me to run their diagnostic troubleshooting tests.

i ordered a cooler with a battery, never got the battery
Update on review:
The company contacted me shortly after this review posted and apologized for the delay. Turns out the battery for this unit was discontinued, so they are sending along an external battery and more credit. Great follow through with a problem fix, I appreciate the attention to this issue.
On the good side, i've used this cooler as a freezer quite a lot, it freezes blue ice very well, which i can switch out with a larger cooler bag for cold food. The cooler fits nicely behind the front seats of our Tesla, and could run on the car battery. It seems to use only ~25 Watts when it runs, so not a big draw on the battery.
